Despite many challenges throughout the moving process, Angharad was always available for a chat and kept us up to date throughout. We switched to Herbert R Thomas after almost 6 months of being on the market, one viewing and no feedback from the potential purchasers. The photos, house information and walkthrough video produced to a very high standard (compared to previous listing) and generated viewings immediately. Feedback was always passed on promptly and constructively. Its fair to say the timing coincided with a very difficult time with mortgage rates, cost of living pressures so we did have buyers pulling out which was managed so well by the team at HRT we were encouraged that viewings commenced and we finally completed our move this week.
