I selected Wisemove after interviewing several agents, as my situation (selling remotely from USA), was a little unusual. I was very impressed in talking with Adrian for his knowledge and personal interest in selling my house, vs the "sales reps" of other larger companies. His pricing guidance was in line with others, and he had great advice on how to best market the house. We had an offer immediately ( no need for a "for sale" sign ), and closed in six weeks. The team at Wisemove were supporting all along the way - even stopping by the house to check all was OK whilst it was empty. All in all a great experience, couldn't be happier !

I have been with Wisemove Letting agents for over 20 years. Their service is excellent keeping me and my tenants up to date with any communications. They respond quickly to emails and phone calls. Their advice has always been extremely accurate. They are highly professional and are interested in the tenants and me as a landlord. I can recommend them with any hesitation.

Since retiring we have lived in many rental properties throughout the country, but we have never used such efficient and helpful agents as Wisemove are.
Any queries or problems are dealt with immediately, and in a very pleasant and friendly way, making the whole experience very comfortable.

Over the past year, we’ve sold twice with Wisemove in Sleaford. From start to finish, everyone at Wisemove has been thoroughly professional, friendly, capable and ‘human’. Our questions and concerns were treated with respect and understanding, and solutions were offered which demonstrated knowledge of the local market, potential buyers and possible strategies to overcome short-term difficulties. The friendly office staff kept us regularly informed throughout, liaised effectively and efficiently with potential buyers and our solicitors during the sales’ progress, and communicated well with each other so that everything ran smoothly.
