This agency doesn't even deserve 1 star.
Awful service,pretend to help but they don't give a damn about their own client.
Very slow to answer back when needed and very rude attitude.I could carry on telling you so many things that this estate lack but I dont want waste my time for this kind of agency so I just recommend to don't use their service and avoid it definitely.

Awful experience with them lately. Had emails ignored made two phone calls regarding an emergency got told I had to wait 4 hours it’s now 8:15 and no electrician has shown up! Called up at 4:30 to make sure someone was coming and my sentence was cut short by the member of staff saying “um hello” as if I was cutting him short of what he was saying! Was assured the electrician was on a job and would be straight round and that was nearly 4 hours ago! Every time I call I get greeted by what sounds like an urban teenager on the streets with his mates and they can’t wait to get me off the phone. In 8 months I’ve had 3 electrical problems involving sockets blowing including an immersion one that burnt and melted and could have easily caused a fire at which time the smoke alarm that was installed when we moved in was faulty! I had to have an on wall storage heater removed as it was broken and they replaced it with a plug in free heater that can’t be used as my 16 month old son would get second degree burn going near it and there is mould in the house mainly in our room which my son sleeps in and in zero degree weather I was told to leave windows open even though they had a professional come round and report that THEY needed to install ventilation and I also suffer asthma which has gotten worse due to their incompetence. Absolutely disgraced with their services
