There appear to be serious failures in professional diligence, misleading information about legal compliance, and poor coordination of basic property management. In my view, this amounts to maladministration and falls well below the standards expected of a regulated estate agency. Quick to take money, zero commitment to maintaining the property. Communication is poor - tenants are not informed about changes to contact details or office locations. They rely on WhatsApp, have no proper business email, and respond only when it suits them or when they need something, they are putting tenants under durress that if not you will be reported, when they should be reported to National Trading standards. Rude over the phone, yet when you try to arrange a visit to their office, they refuse to meet. As a tenant you are disrespected, as contractor you are not paid, paid less or with severe delay.
