I was very anxious about selling my house and didn't expect it to sell quickly based on what was in the news.
I needn't have worried. The team at Your Move Livingston were brilliant from day one. I dealt mainly with Diane Harkins and Lorna Young and they were extremely professional and also very polite and cheery. I was well informed at all times and the viewers sent were exactly the kind I was looking for. I received an excellent offer, negotiated by Lorna, within a week of the For Sale sign going up! I have been renting an apartment through Your Move since the start of the year and so far I have no complaints! They made all the admin very easy at the start of the process, which was a big help! I mostly dealt with Niall McCabe and he was great, always responded to phone calls/e-mails promptly and was happy to answer my questions. Would definitely recommend!

As a Landlord I can’t recommend YourMove (well Diane C) enough...her market knowledge and service are both second to none. She goes way beyond what’s reasonably expected to provide a service that’s just fantastic. She genuinely cares and her honest but fair comms approach is just what’s needed to manage expectations across all parties. She is an absolute credit to YourMove and I will continue using them for this very reason.

As a landlord I have been involved with Your-Move Livingston for several years. Although the service offered by other Your-Move departments has sometimes been less than satisfactory, the staff at Livingston have always been very helpful, especially Lettings Valuation Manager - Diane Carty (definitely worth five stars!), who is the "go-to" person whenever there is a problem to be sorted.
