I am completely appalled by the services provided by New Cross Your Move. I lived in one of their properties for 3 years, consistently a well paying, good tenant. There were a few issues as we moved in regarding not having a lot of the place ready as we were promised but we saw beyond this and enjoyed the house for 3 years. I moved out October 2024, and still haven’t had my deposit repaid, after having it confirmed several times it would be. I have rang twice a week for the last couple of months as well as email upon email where I simply do not receive a response. Do not put your money with this company.

I recently sold a leasehold property with Your Move. From early days valuation and subsequent viewings to accepting an offer and completion, the communication and support from Alan and his team was outstanding. Kasia & Alan worked hard to ensure that the process was as smooth as possible and that the sale kept moving to complete quickly for myself and my buyer. I often found out more from them than I did my own solicitors! They really do provide an essential link and without their chasing up on matters arising, the sale would still be ongoing. A mention must also go to the other members of the team, Anish, Ashton & Shahid with whom I had interactions along the way, they were superb and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend Alan and his team highly enough.

Not the best experience was fine until the house was sold.
Sales staff are very friendly and so was the valuation expert.
But don’t ask any questions about how your sale is progressing as you will be told to keep quite and don’t get stressed. Simple questions that required simple answers that’s all I wanted a yes or no not the novel I got. So much so I am now at the point of removing my home from the market all thanks to staff attitude.
Bottom line have had to chase for offers to be put in writing, even then we did not receive all of them and had to chase for feedback from viewings.
Personally I would be reluctant to use this Estae agent and would not do so again. My advice go multi agent or if you go with these just be prepared to be quite don’t ask questions for updates of progress and you will be fine.
Yes the house is sold however as the vendor who holds the pen to sign the contract or now as the case maybe not and is paying a considerable sum of money for the sale of my home I found the communication totally unacceptable.
