The staff in the office were very professional and kept me fully informed when we were looking for new tenants.we agreed jointly that we should reduce the rent slightly and this generated a lot of interest. Once people were approved they were able to move in very quickly.
I strongly recommend Your Move Camborne to any landlords who need assistance. They undertook excellently their full management role

Met Craig and his team when looking for a rental in Strathaven it was very clear from the first meeting that Craig takes great pride in being an ambassador for Your Move by knowing his stock processes and regulations within the industry. Communication was always followed up by email and any queries responded to in a timely fashion. Home visits were carried out regularly and anyone who came out from the office was complimentary and professional

Really comprehensive and efficient service. We discussed loads of things I didn’t know about marketing our home, I felt really well informed and able to make sensible choices. Within an hour of the property being launched the first viewing was booked and we received an asking price offer within five days of the property being launched by YM. They also gave us loads of useful signposting to other services we required for the transaction. And they are incredibly warm and friendly to interact with. Couldn’t fault them and would highly recommend

I feel compelled to leave a 5 star review for the team at Your Move, Watford. After getting three valuations, I decided to go with the agents who were honest and professional, rather than the one that overpriced the property, in order to get the seller onboard, or the other who thought he could sell,sell,sell! My gut reaction was right, they were honest, supportive, professional, communicative and spot on with everything they said and did. My sale fell through a couple of times so it was pretty stressful, but they did everything in their power to push it over the line and I am very grateful. I will recommend them to my friends and family and I will go straight to them when I sell again. Thank you for a service beyond expectations team Your Move Watford!

Not the best experience was fine until the house was sold.
Sales staff are very friendly and so was the valuation expert.
But don’t ask any questions about how your sale is progressing as you will be told to keep quite and don’t get stressed. Simple questions that required simple answers that’s all I wanted a yes or no not the novel I got. So much so I am now at the point of removing my home from the market all thanks to staff attitude.
Bottom line have had to chase for offers to be put in writing, even then we did not receive all of them and had to chase for feedback from viewings.
Personally I would be reluctant to use this Estae agent and would not do so again. My advice go multi agent or if you go with these just be prepared to be quite don’t ask questions for updates of progress and you will be fine.
Yes the house is sold however as the vendor who holds the pen to sign the contract or now as the case maybe not and is paying a considerable sum of money for the sale of my home I found the communication totally unacceptable.

AVOID!! I had to pay £320 because they are unreliable.
I was wrong to trust these as my estate agents. Recently locked myself out of my flat and travelled to the Your Move Abbey Wood Branch to collect the spares. Not only did they not give me a full set of keys (so I had to buzz other peoples flats to let me in the front door) but the key they gave me didn’t work. Had to make a total of 23 calls and wait for an hour sat outside my flat for them to tell me that I was apparently liable to pay for a locksmith to come and change the locks AND had the audacity to say that I had to give them a spare key once the locks were changed. After I got back into my flat I checked the keys for the old lock next to eachother and they were completely different meaning they never had a key that even fit the old lock and clearly hadn’t checked before I moved in.
Awful experience and won’t be trusting them for the rest of my tenancy.

We chose Your Move New Cross to sell our property. They were easy to respond during the first few days but as the time went by, they would not reply to our emails. We had to call them to get a response. I guess this is to prevent anything they say to be recorded on email hence being evidence against them.
I thought i could rely on them to keep the keep the sale moving. I thought wrong. If i didnt keep on chasing, i wouldnt have known that the sellers solicitor have got the wrong email address of my solicitor! It wasnt the agents fault, but if I was not persistent enough, noone would know.
We also lost a property that we wanted to buy because we where reassured that the sale was going as expected. We were told that we can complete but it never happened. We almost gave up with the sale but we were already into deep to pull out.
For the record, we were told that the longest the sale would be was 16weeks. In the end, the sale took 10months!
I dont know if I can recommend them really or is this is really how agents in UK work. Probably paid to poorly to care.
