I viewed multiple houses with Your move and it was Kerra who dealt with us every visit. I have now finally purchased my first home and the service I received from Kerra was brilliant! She helped me so much as a first time buyer and also chasing things up for us too. 10/10 ??

After talking to a selection of local estate agents we chose Your Move to handled the sale of our property. We were impressed by Tarun’s proactive approach and knowledge of the local market. He asked pertinent questions and sold the property for us very quickly. Sharon has been our contact since the sale. She again has been very professional and helpful and has ensured that the lines of communication are kept open.

Just completed my first journey in owning my first home. The process had been a simple, effective and stress free transaction for myself. Lorna and other agents helped me when I started looking for properties, very helpful from the start and very open about the properties details viewed. Eventually the house had been found and applications began, very helpful in my offer and understood my requirements and reasons from the start. I had been introduced very quickly to a mortgage advisor to get everything in motion. From here I had been introduced to legal which again had been very quick to represent and cover everything thoroughly.<br><br>In between all the legal, I had further help by being allowed into the property with an agent, this had been to check and measure around the house for my plans when the purchase would be completed.<br><br>I cannot recommened Lorna and other agents at Your Move Whitehaven branch enough, amazing service, patient, understanding, helpful in everyway, polite, professional. I have further property plans for the future, if these opportunites come along, I will be using Lorna and all other agents at Your Whitehaven Branch again without thinking twice. Highly recomend for all your home purchases.<br><br>Thank you so much for helping me making this dream come true. Your amazing.

They had the patience to take me through all the processes beginning from viewing to moving in. It was as uch a good journey and I will recommend them anyone looking for a good house, an , apartment or spare room to rent. I really love the room they help me get. Thumbs up!!!

Not the best experience was fine until the house was sold.
Sales staff are very friendly and so was the valuation expert.
But don’t ask any questions about how your sale is progressing as you will be told to keep quite and don’t get stressed. Simple questions that required simple answers that’s all I wanted a yes or no not the novel I got. So much so I am now at the point of removing my home from the market all thanks to staff attitude.
Bottom line have had to chase for offers to be put in writing, even then we did not receive all of them and had to chase for feedback from viewings.
Personally I would be reluctant to use this Estae agent and would not do so again. My advice go multi agent or if you go with these just be prepared to be quite don’t ask questions for updates of progress and you will be fine.
Yes the house is sold however as the vendor who holds the pen to sign the contract or now as the case maybe not and is paying a considerable sum of money for the sale of my home I found the communication totally unacceptable.

My wife and I just completed on a purchase and sale with the help of Richard and Phil. I would highly, highly recommend their services. They were very good communicators, and have invaluable experience in keeping the pressure on when the process starts to lag. A real highlight of their work was when our initial buyer dropped out they managed to arrange a new buyer within 24hrs, lifesavers!!

turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team.
The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult.
We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.
