Dalgety Bay team are amazing, they walked me through the whole process and organised everything (photos of our house, the surveyor and did the viewings). We were very nervous about taking our first steps in selling our house but Victoria was amazing and was there for us anytime we had questions and reassured us when we had worried. Cormack did a great job with the viewings and made sure it did not conflict with us as we were still living in our house at the time of selling. Really pleased with the whole team as our house sold in the first 2weeks! And got over asking price. Would highly recommend Your Move for selling your house, they made it easy and painless. We sold our house with Your Move DB and they were fantastic through out the whole process. Vicky initially visited our property and was our main source of contact. As well as being experienced and knowledgeable she was a reassuring voice at the end of the phone during a few tricky hurdles. Cormac handled all our viewings and was very professional and friendly throughout. He even came for a house visit before the first viewing to get accustomed to our property and meet the cats!
Thanks to the team we achieved a sale over home report and within a couple of weeks. We couldn't have been happier with the result and service provided, and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

From the beginning I found them all to be very professional.Communication with the office was very good ,and was kept updated on everything ,by either Email or telephone.The process was explained fully ,as well as the costs involved.I initially loaded with George the Branch Manager ,then Vicky ,both were superb ,assisted by Cormac,who was excellent,the brochure was excellent .Was updated on upcoming viewing,and promptly communicated with any feedback.House sold within 2 months of being on the market .Would highly recommend using Your Move @ Dalgety Bay .Thanks for everything.

On first sight this is a young team - but they have knowledge, experience and drive that’s impressive. That combination also helped me sell my house in 3 weeks, having already found a new house (which they sold to me!).
Everything was done at pace and efficiently. I knew exactly what the service provided would be, including costs, from marketing to showing the property (if needed), identifying potential buyers and proactively following up interest. I needed a lawyer and was pleased the team could offer names of firms (I chose one, who were very good).
Cormac was my primary contact and was first class. He had an endless supply of suggestions and ideas and was great at talking to potential purchasers. He was always upbeat, both when purchasing and selling. But he was equally realistic when talking about potential buyers- I felt I got honest and well-judged assessments of prospective buyers.
Vicki came out to assess the house and sort out the marketing. Again, she knew her stuff, which gave me confidence that we were going to get the best marketing for the house.
All the way through the process I was kept informed and included in discussions. They were very professional but with room for humour, which was needed at a few moments! They know the area like the back of their hands and added value because of that when I was buying.
I can’t recommend the team highly enough. Buying and selling a home is stressful but Cormac and Vicki took a lot of the pressure off me - and got my sale and purchase over the line in the space of 8 weeks. No mean feat!

Once again Your Move delivered on ‘Finding A Tenant’ for us quickly and achieved a solid rent pcm figure too.
Several times over the years we’ve utilised Your Moves ‘Find a Tenant’ service… other Estate Agents in the past we tried years ago are slow and we changed to Your Move.
David & Matthew both assisted through the Find a Tenant process for our flat in Peasehill Fauld and they were both super professional. Their communication was prompt, consistent and all-round kept us informed of the state of play through the process via both email and phone contact.
No Landlord I know likes to pay fees, especially when tenants move out needing to find someone else.
Getting quality vetted new tenants quickly is never straight forward and it costs a wee bit. However, David and Matthew (Your Move) ‘got the job done’ quickly and like most things in life… getting results cost a wee bit of money… but it was definitely well worth it.
Clealry Your Move have a decent ‘pool’ of people looking and previous other agencies we have tried years back are simply not as astute when marketing properties and proactively driving hard to expedite the results process.
Happy to tell any other Landlord considering using your service that it is well worth it.
Well done both David and Matthew, we appreciate your efficiency and will keep using your service whenever we need help to find us a new tenant.

Cormac supported us, as purchasers in a recent transaction, and his own clients, as sellers, in an exemplary way - with professionalism, with care and most importantly with patience, as it turned out that the transaction was not a straightforward one with various twists and turns we eventually had to follow, at the behest of our own lenders. Absolutely “Top Notch” service from George, Cormac and the rest of the team at the Dalgety Bay branch of Your Move. From our first meeting with him, we were really impressed with his attentiveness, professionalism and friendly manner. He presented our house in the best possible way, which attracted several potential buyers to view the property.
Very early on, we had a family bereavement and had to temporarily suspend the sale of our house. The cancellation and subsequent reinstatement of the Your Move contract was seamless. George called us regularly to keep us updated and also to see how we were coping. This personal approach was a real comfort to us and confirmation that we had definitely made the right choice. Cormac was first class too and built a rapport with us equally as well as George.
The property was sold above the Home Report value and marketed price, at a time when Bank and mortgage interest rates were rising.
We can’t recommend Your Move at Dalgety Bay highly enough, as they really made us feel, and quickly realise without doubt, that THEY ACTUALLY CARED!

Top quality service from George and his team at Your Move Dalgety Bay. Made selling my elderly mother’s house easy, which was important as I don’t stay local. At every stage of the process communication was excellent, all my queries were promptly answered, and the advice provided was sound. There was no push to use in house services like some other estate agents when I stated I wanted to use my own surveyor and solicitor as known to my mother. Viewings were arranged to suit my mother and when she came down with COVID George was totally understanding and managed to maintain interest and rearrange viewings. House went on market in March with sale completed in May for more than asking price – doesn’t get much better than that!

We put our home on the market in October 2022. We sold quickly but at the lower end of the price range suggested by Your Move. We understand that the market was becoming more difficult at that time.
We were disappointed with the pictures used to advertise the property but Your Move quickly arranged for more and better pictures to be taken and used in the marketing materials.
George, Sarah, and Scott were easy and straightforward to deal with and they quickly responded to any queries we had. They kept us fully informed at every stage. They were unfailingly pleasant and supportive.

Whilst we did not proceed any further with the property, I found Scott to be extremely helpful and offered a great degree of insight into the local area and buying and selling trends.
However, where I found Scott to be a real credit to YourMove was his proactiveness in keeping in touch as and when properties were about to come to market. Despite the fact that I am not a customer of YourMove, Scott has been extremely impressive in picking up the phone to me when he identifies a property which fits my search criteria - something which my current agent has never done to date. Earlier this year, George from your move, valued my property, I was very impressed by George’s professional manner. The service was very informative. Since George’s visit he has kept in touch but there has been no pushy sales.
I have bought and sold several properties over the years and have dealt with a number of estate agents who, quite frankly, were not very interested, basically leaving me to sell my own house! Having bought my house from Your Move I found all staff very friendly helpful and understanding especially during lockdown. Always at the other end of the phone to answer my questions at those strange times for everyone. Unfortunately the sale of my house fell thro but once again were available to do virtual viewings and keep me informed of situation . Hopefully not long now until house is sold

My son moved into a property in Dalgety Bay and it was in poor decorative condition. It looked like old paint had been used and had lost its white colour. There were holes in the large bedroom walls which I filled. We had to paint everywhere to make it look decent. They are refusing to give my son and his partner their deposit back despite us making the house better than the bridges condition it was in. Avoid.

I have been using Your Move for three years to manage a couple of properties I let out, first using a fully factored service then a reduced one as I gained experience. They have always been very professional and efficient in locating and assessing tenants and dealing with problems as they arise.
Having visited the office often I have found the staff always friendly and helpful and have got to know them well, in particular Brogan and Leanne who is now the manager.
I chose Your Move as they had a local office I could visit easily, believing that speaking face to face with staff was a far more satisfactory way of conducting business than by phone. My experience has confirmed this view.

Having dealt with number of their staff, I would highly recommend them if you're thinking of using them for anything. They are very professional and always very nice and polite. Have just sold my property through Your Move Dalgety Bay and what a great move that turned out to be. The initial consultation with Stephen, the Branch Manager, was carried out in a calm and professional manner, no hard sell, just all the facts with a timetable of events and a clear indication of the costing involved. And of course Your Move offer a "no sale, no fee" pledge.
Whilst looking for a property to buy I would regularly pop in to the Dalgety Bay branch to get updates from Brogan or Leanne utilising their local knowledge of any up and coming potential properties.
In the end we placed a reservation on a new build property and from then on the clock was ticking to get my property sold or lose the new house.
My property was quickly put on the market after Your Move arranged for the Home Report to be completed. With the benefit of local branch knowledge a list of potential buyers were contacted and over the first three days of being on the market nine viewings were arranged. I was happy to carry out the viewings myself, but for those who are not Brogan or Leanne would step in.
After four days we were considering offers and on the fifth day had sold subject to contract. Thanks to Brogans professional skills in dealing with the offers she achieved over and above the Valuation Price, more than covering Your Moves own fees in the process.
Many may be tempted by the "no commission" agencies springing up, but a word of warning. I went to view a property with just such an agency and when I phoned up to view they knew nothing about the sellers, could not pronounce the name of the street correctly and had no idea where Dalgety Bay was. They promised to phone back to confirm the appointment time after checking with the sellers but failed to do so, leaving me the potential buyer to chase things up. Not what I would want if I was trying to sell my house. Perhaps not suprisingly the person I was talking to was in a call centre in England. The old adage of "you get what you pay for in this world" never seemed truer.
So, to sum up, I would have no hesitation in highly recommending the staff of Your Move Dalgety Bay to family or friends and if I ever move house again I know who my first phone call will be to.

Very poor service from Mike Mceuan.
Had to pull out of one property as he picked wrong and advised the mortage to take.
Then did not advise me on things about second property so deal was put con hold resulting in lost of money.
Raised a compliant and slammed the phone down. Would advise all not to use him.
Complaint is still ongoing to head of complaints team
