We experienced excellent service from Whiteknights at the beginning of our sale with lots of correspondence via email keeping us updated. All viewings were confirmed by email and conducted by the agent. At first our sale seemed quite straight forward but, unfortunately, due to complications on the buyer's side we were in the middle of a very difficult situation. It felt like everything was out of our control. However, the involvement of Tom Fisher - Head of Sales Progression - meant that we were finally able to exchange on our sale which nearly fell through. The service that Tom provided went above and beyond that of any estate agent we have encountered in the past. He made sure that we remained calm and spent a lot of his time liaising between us, our solicitor and our buyer's solicitor. He spent many hours obtaining lots of additional information in order to support our sale. He was always readily available by phone and/or email. We truly believe that the sale of our property would not have happened without him. We are so grateful to him as we are moving to a different part of the country and he's made sure it was as easy as it could be in such a difficult situation. I would highly recommend Whiteknights, especially with the guarantee of Tom Fisher being involved in your sale!
We recently brought a buy to let property from Whitenights and received exceptional service from start to finish from the entire team in the early/lower early branches. They were extremely helpful and professional at all times. I will definately use Whitenights again in the future and would highly recommend them to family and friends.
Scott and whiteknights helped sell our house, not once but twice within the space of a few months after our buyer pulled out during covid. Each sale was within the space of a few weeks and they were extremely helpful throughout the process.
Spencer’s wood Whiteknights,
Have for the first time used these guys for buying a house on behalf of my elderly parents , since the outset , I’ve found them to be efficient, straight forward, and very easy to deal with , for me it was very important to be in touch as soon as I needed, and I quick response as I live abroad, this didn’t seem in any way to be a problem for the team in any way , not only that they were very friendly and helpful through every step of the way!
I would like to say a special thanks to Tom Fisher who was their for every question I needed in an instant great service, indeed an asset to whiteknights I’m sure , also David Teague and his team including Wendy who have been so paramount to us finely being able to make mum & dads twilight years in a home they wanted, and for that I thank you all. Therefore I would certainly Highly recommend you all!
We can highly recommend WhiteKnights Estate Agents for all your needs when selling your house. Their service is a hundred percent!
Manager Scott ( Tilehurst branch) and his after sales team Tom And John were so supportive from putting house on the market right through to exchange and completion of contracts.
A huge thank you guys for getting us through this transaction.
I highly recommend WhiteKnights, a very professional service, great team, good communication, great all round service.
Brilliant Team, extremely customer focused, we couldn’t fault a single thing with our house purchase. Special mention to Gary who balances both the buyer and the seller interests perfectly.
Tom has really had to work hard to get us to completion! Despite very difficult circumstances with our sale *and* purchase, somehow it has all gone through. I suspect this wouldn’t be the case without Tom’s doggedness. He has managed to remain a pleasure to deal with at all times. Well done, Tom!
My experience has been negative with this estate agent, I made an offer by email for a property in Earley and sought an appointment to view the property or be provided with a virtual viewing link.
A female member of staff rang my partner to say that she was unable to arrange a viewing as we were not under offer with our property. I found that quite astonishing and conclude that this lady must have a secret crystal ball to allow her to predict the future. We wont be going through them again.
I had a very disappointing experience with Whiteknights Lower Earley (Simon Wilkinson) in trying to buy a property. He was very misleading. As a buyer I had to chase him everyday on my offer and would never receive a straight answer, and I kept on increasing my offer everyday and came to asking price where he said the offer is accepted.
However for three days straight he made up excuses in trying to send me memo of sale while everything was complete from my end and there was something fishy going in the background. This behaviour is extremely unprofessional and I would advise everyone who is thinking to buy a property with Whiteknights to think twice about what kind of mental stress you are getting into.
