????Scamers???? take care, was informed by Rob the landlord agreed to go a head and rent the property to me and asked me to pay the holding deposit. And later refused to rent and told me they won't refund the deposit as its not refundable and they didn't this before, I think there is scam they are doing they do viewings and collect deposits and not refunding money to people, Never pay them any money they are scammer, I am reporting them and escalating my complaint, this is illegal,

We were looking for a property in Earley/lower Earley
We came across many agents however for this particular property which was marketed by Whiteknights, we met their estate agent Amilcar who understood our situation and was very helpful and quick to get us not only the landlord approval and then the tenancy process started.
I found Amilcar very helpful and understanding and at the same time
Very professional and doing all the checks very thoroughly
One particular agent in the area is asking more rent than what is marketed and is starting a price war
Based on my recent experience I will recommend Whiteknights and
Especially Amilcar

!! Avoid them at any cost !!
They are the most unorganised, unprofessional and the rudest agency I have ever been with, they have left us without a shower for over 3 months, the lied about the property being professionally cleaned, all they care about is money!
Lesley and Rob their head of lettings are the people that we have been dealing with, Rob was lying through his teeth to get us into the property, these people don’t have any respect for their tenants!
And now since we left the property they are causing so many issues it’s actually an utter joke.

We experienced excellent service from Whiteknights at the beginning of our sale with lots of correspondence via email keeping us updated. All viewings were confirmed by email and conducted by the agent. At first our sale seemed quite straight forward but, unfortunately, due to complications on the buyer's side we were in the middle of a very difficult situation. It felt like everything was out of our control. However, the involvement of Tom Fisher - Head of Sales Progression - meant that we were finally able to exchange on our sale which nearly fell through. The service that Tom provided went above and beyond that of any estate agent we have encountered in the past. He made sure that we remained calm and spent a lot of his time liaising between us, our solicitor and our buyer's solicitor. He spent many hours obtaining lots of additional information in order to support our sale. He was always readily available by phone and/or email. We truly believe that the sale of our property would not have happened without him. We are so grateful to him as we are moving to a different part of the country and he's made sure it was as easy as it could be in such a difficult situation. I would highly recommend Whiteknights, especially with the guarantee of Tom Fisher being involved in your sale!
