Whiteknights did a brilliant job with the sale of my property. Where one of their local competitors had failed the previous year, they excelled and exceeded my expectations, and restored my faith in the the house sale process. I felt that this began with Scott Marlin's honest and considered valuation, and continued with the vetting of viewers, meaning only proceedable, serious purchasers came through the door.
The post-sales support from Tom Fisher was superb, he understood what I needed from the transaction and relayed this to the chain. I had total faith in his ability to steer the transaction through to completion, and his positive, responsive approach despite Covid19 delaying the process I never felt the outcome was in doubt.
