We experienced excellent service from Whiteknights at the beginning of our sale with lots of correspondence via email keeping us updated. All viewings were confirmed by email and conducted by the agent. At first our sale seemed quite straight forward but, unfortunately, due to complications on the buyer's side we were in the middle of a very difficult situation. It felt like everything was out of our control. However, the involvement of Tom Fisher - Head of Sales Progression - meant that we were finally able to exchange on our sale which nearly fell through. The service that Tom provided went above and beyond that of any estate agent we have encountered in the past. He made sure that we remained calm and spent a lot of his time liaising between us, our solicitor and our buyer's solicitor. He spent many hours obtaining lots of additional information in order to support our sale. He was always readily available by phone and/or email. We truly believe that the sale of our property would not have happened without him. We are so grateful to him as we are moving to a different part of the country and he's made sure it was as easy as it could be in such a difficult situation. Terrible. Far more interested in sending me properties they're struggling to sell than the one I actually requested. I tried to arrange a viewing for a property and heard nothing back for days. They signed me up to their mailing list without my permission and spammed me with inappropriate properties that didn't what I was looking for. Tried to unsubscribe multiple times but I'm still getting spammed by them... Read more

Very pathetic, unprofessional, abominable and atrocious service. Would give 0 stars if tehre was an option. They checked us for weeks and prolonged the hand over, but when the time came for them to keep up the end of their bargain they were ready to hand over a disheveled, begrimed and inhabitable house, with fungus on appliances and stains of urine on matresses and excrection all over the toilets. During the checking they reassured us that they would have the house professionally cleaned however they now refuse to clean the house and have wasted our time and money.... Read more
