Our experience with Ashtons Letting, York was deeply disappointing. During our tenancy, key documents such as the check-in inventory were not provided.
During the subsequent deposit dispute with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, contradictory tenancy information was submitted, and evidence we raised concerns about was nevertheless treated as reliable.
We found the process frustrating and lacking transparency. On that basis, we would not choose to use this agency again.
Our advice to anyone considering using this company, based on our experience, is to ensure that everything is confirmed in writing and to take your own photographs of the property as soon as you move in.

Communication and feedback were sometimes a bit lax except for the final ten days when it was exceptionally good. This may not have progressed the sale any quicker but could keep the client informed and happy.
They sold my property so not a lot more to be said.
