Massively overpriced the house ,which predictably led to a big reduction and then failure to sell in a 3 months period. Less than one week with another agent at a reasonable price and sold. Never saw the same staff twice and they often turned up late, which was particularly embarrassing during covid as buyers hung round sheepishly on the drive... Read more

My contacts at Ashton's were Kevin Coundon and Jade Sainty. My house purchase in York was all done remotely, given that I live in the States. And although we only had a few communication exchanges, I was very happy with the service I received. If the legal process could have been as smooth, the purchase would have been a breeze!
