Everyone who I dealt with at Ashtons from my first valuation with to the sale were so amazing. We were well informed all the time and built a great rapport with estate agent Graham, who was always keeping me up to date with progress and timelines. Couldn’t recommend enough.

We are not at the end of the process yet, but Ashtons - York have been really excellent so far. They were much the most enthusiastic of the agents we spoke to and they have delivered on everything they promised to this point. Their communication has been really spot on. They found our buyers within a month in a very tricky market. Well done, Ashtons!

Honestly this was a frustrating experience, felt like they didn’t have my interests in mind. I would say management of the potential buyers is poor.
