I've been working with Bennett's for about 4 years now as a landlord and always found them professional, responsive and helpful. The information they provide is relevant and Jason and the team in the office are always available. Importantly, when there are issues with the rental I have always found that they are quick and helpful in outlining the issue and their contractors are also reliable and transparent. Often a quick email exchange or phone call is all that is needed. They seem to be a local, flexible company who are time efficient and have a real human interest in what they do.

I can honestly say that Bennett Holmes provide a professional and friendly property management service that exceeds expectations set by having used other agents in other locations in England and Wales.

Bennett Holmes are a superb agency. I have been with them for 6 years and they have always been very quick to find a tenant for my property. They are very proactive, keeping me updated with viewings and offer and are always very helpful and answer any landlord related questions I have. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them next time and would highly recommend them.
