Bennett Holmes have been managing our properties in Uxbridge and Northwood for over 10 years whilst we are abroad and have always over delivered. They have shown diligence in finding and assessing tenants; dealt professionally with tenant complaints, have sourced capable trades and maintenance services and offered many valuable suggestions for improvements. Would completely recommend them to manage property letting in the area.

Avoid renting through these people, they have made my renting journey from start to finish a nightmare. It has been almost 4 months and am yet to recieve my deposit, they are definitely working with landlords to extort renters. They make you wait ages for responses and you constantly have to chase them up. The property which was in the rayners lane area was so filthy and mouldy, in no condition to be given to tenants yet they did!

The team were fantastic in helping us through the process of purchasing our property. They were always very responsive and quick to arrange follow up viewings. Whenever I had questions for the seller, they were thorough and ensured everything was handled smoothly.
The staff were also very friendly, which made the whole experience more seamless. I particularly appreciated the balance they struck between being proactive without being pushy, especially during the longer stages involving the solicitor and mortgage approval.
