The agency is not genuine they do not have the ability to sell the property, the property they show is derelict, and the way they display it on the website is fake. False advertisement.

My Partner and Myself recently embarked on the process of Letting a Residential Property.
Jason was recommended to us....And we have been very satisfied with the kind and professionally manner in which he patiently explained all of the necessary requirements and procedures that need to be followed...!!!.
Advertisements and Viewings quickly took place, together with the necessary validation of the prospective Tenant's.
We were delighted that the whole procedure went smoothly, and, with regular communication received from Jason and his Office to keep us abreast of developments. Within a week of going online Tenant's deemed to be suitable were found...and were able to quickly move into the property.

Date of this review 08.12.2023. Property (maisonette) sold above asking price in 9 days with current market offer period of some 13-16 weeks. Very professional, friendly. Initially more expensive than larger local chain. Showed potential customers around on our behalf. Initial asking price was competitive as confirmed by the other agency but being local, I chose BH. Would recommend. BH sales team are to recommended. Fees are well worth it.

I did meet an agent from a larger branch network after meeting Jason who is partner in BH. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional which led me to choose BH for both its closeness to the property, its locality (16 years) even though they were the more expensive initially. The sale within 2 weeks at above asking price in a weak market displays its knowledge of the local market, negotiation and the dedication of its sales team to achieving the best result for the seller. Full 11.5/10. Well done. Well worth the investment / fees payable.

Update: I have submitted the report for your false claims to the Deposit Scheme. These people planned it with the inventory checker that the checkout report should show the damages so I can not get the money back they tried it very well but I had the proofs that had been submitted to the Deposit Scheme. They are the Scammers they and the landlord both try their best not to give the deposit back. People should be aware of your scams. Let me talk about your character when you guys need rent every month and deposit everything is fine but once you move out of the house they will be the rudest person in the world. Because they know once we move out we can not do anything.
