My experience with Bennett Holmes has been that they are professional and go over and above what they are required to do. My tenants had damaged the property quite a bit and Sophie took over finding me a cleaner, builder, clearance guy and sorted out everything. Boiler wasn't working Jason went over and sorted it out.

Throughout the time the property was on the market she kept me informed of progress. I never once had to chase for an update.

It has been such a positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend her and this agency to others. Thank you Sophie you made a very overwhelming situation so much easier for me

I both let and sold a property through Bennett Holmes and found the team to be extremely well-informed, efficient and professional in marketing, management and problem resolution. Dean and Jason were always available and willing to offer practical advice and assistance with all aspects of property management and Katie, Mathew, Sophie and Stacey were all friendly and completer-finishers in the tasks they would undertake to do.

In my view Bennett Holmes offer an excellent service that I highly recommend.

Be wary of supposedly 2 months of notice when signing tenancy agreements. You have to give 2 months notice before the date of your payments, for example, you could potentially pay rent for another 2 months and 29 days if you give your notice just after your payment date. This is overkill for tenants. Too much security for landlords, for a price paid by the tenants. I wouldn't agree to such terms in the future.

Utterly unprofessional lot. They confirmed a viewing for a property on sale with us on 14th October 2017 in Hayes. I travelled from Liverpool with family to view the property. A lady from Bennett Holmes was outside the property saying she does not have the keys to the property. We waited there for over 2 hours and then told, sorry can not view as no keys available. How can they confirm a viewing without keys. I do not recommend this company to both landlords and buyer/renters as they are unprofessional, and unapologetic time wasters.
