Excellent agent, I’ll absolutely use them when I wish to sell.
I was a buyer for a property marketed by Charles Rose, Gary really stepped in to communicate the state of the chain where the agent selling my property had utterly failed.
I really feel that this made a difference in keeping a particularly difficult chain held together.
Liv was also a massive help for any time that Gary was unavailable and had absolute awareness of the state of the chain.
Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Absolutely out of this world service. The team could not have done enough and our particular main contact was available 24/7 to help with anything we needed. They were completely on it from the beginning and made what could have been a very difficult and drawn out process quick and easy. It also helped all contact was via WhatsApp so no need to continuously call the office to find out the person you need isn’t there which we have had issues with in the past.
Outstanding and would strongly recommend to anyone.

Can't speak as a vendor but as a buyer I have recently been impressed with Charles Rose EAs, specifically Chris Valentini. Chris showed us around a few houses and was the EA on the house we have ended up buying. His communication was great, and whilst I experienced him as 100% advocating for his vendors, he was also supportive and helpful to us as buyers. Would highly recommend, and we would definitely consider going through him and Charles Rose if we ever choose to sell here in the future.

Superb.
We couldn't shift our house after seven months with another (top tier) agent in Leamington.
We moved it to Chris Valentini at Charles Rose and he sold it WITHIN A WEEK!
He gave us advice on how to present it, redid all the photos, completely overhauled the marketing literatrure and description, and put his salesman's hat on and sold like crazy. We had lots of viewings and we sold to the perfect buyer within days.
This sounds like he wrote it, I suspect! But seriously, the experience was impressive. We didn't realise that the choice of agent was this important. Evidently, we recommend the agency and Chris in particular. It's clearly a well-run operation that employs talented people.

What a wonderful surprise! I was told when i walked in that I'd get a really personal and effective service. I hear this all the time from estate agents in London and here in Warwickshire. Isn't that the usual pitch?
Well - I had three flats to rent in Kenilworth, the local branch of a large chain had told me I should cut the rent and they hadn't managed more than one viewing in months.
CR have now filled all three flats at the asking rent, within two months of taking them on!
Not only that, from the managed agency service I signed up for, Sandra (my rental account manager) fixes all the problems and glitches - even the electricity and Internet accounts!
I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Pretty decent experience for a high street estate agent. Agreed a fixed fee at the start which was lower than a competitor. Friendly agency who market the house well on the internet sites.
However might as well go down the sell your own house right these days. It will be much cheaper and you can probably do a better job of selling your own house to prospective buyers. I only had one viewer and it sold so tbh not really as if they bring people to view.
