Finley Brewer were definitely a positive experience and good agents, keeping communication open and showing both pro-activeness and professionalism.
However, we thought sometimes they showed the property to the “wrong” clientele and this could be avoided by asking a few more questions on what were people after.
Ie, I cannot take the comment “the the property doesn’t have outdoor space” if it is a flat on the 2nd floor!!!
This happened once too often so we felt a bit like they could have done a bit more research on the buyers.

I was a tenant with Finlay Brewer for six years, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services. Whether you’re a tenant or a property owner looking to sell, I would advise caution.
Their primary focus seems to be their own financial gain, often at the expense of client satisfaction. Basic customer empathy and customer service are notably absent, and interactions with both tenants and owners are often marked by rudeness (except for the newest members of the team that have been lovely and helpful).
I transitioned recently from being a tenant to a property owner in the same area. I can assure you that neither I nor my friends in Brook Green or business associates will engage with Finlay Brewer in the future.
The challenges I’ve faced include a lack of support and assistance for both myself as a tenant and my landlord, especially on the administrative & contractual side. Unnecessary challenges and barriers were put over tenants by their senior members. It’s disheartening to see such disregard for clients in an already challenging rental market. I am therefore not in a position to recommend their services. If you’ve had experiences with Finlay Brewer, you may have your own stories to tell. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions when choosing an estate agency. As I am extending my footprint in the area, it is definitely a missed opportunity for them and for me.

Amin Barakzai got my two friends and I a home around the area of shepherd’s bush/ brook green! From the house viewing all the way to the documents, Amin had been very helpful and we’re extremely grateful for the perfect house provided to us. Thank you Finlay Brewer and a special thanks to Amin.

I wish to share a positive review of Finlay Brewer. I rented a house through them for two years then purchased a house in Brook Green. Monty Elworthy and Paul Cosgrove are great to work with. Helpful, approachable and very knowledgeable about the local area and the housing market. Would definitely use them again for a sale or purchase.
