Outstanding experience purchasing a property through Finlay Brewer. Frequency and clarity of communication throughout the entire process were fantastic - genuinely a step above any other estate agents I’ve dealt with before. We had a very protracted purchase, with completion about 6 months after the offer was accepted. There was also a chain of 5 transactions. Predictably, there were a lot of moving parts.
Frankly, without Debs, I don't think any of them would have gone ahead. Debs knew the property we were buying backwards, and had sold the neighbouring houses in the past, so was really well placed to give advice ranging from purchase price to interior design. We felt in incredibly good hands, both because Debs is so capable and so kind.
We love our home, probably all the more so because our hands were held so reassuringly through the process of buying it. We also had a few touchpoints from the owner of the agency, Teresa, who made a proactive effort to be involved in the transaction, to reassure where possible, and to congratulate us on our successful purchase (and engagement...!).
Debs and Teresa are reason alone to proceed with Finlay Brewer with total confidence: they may well be the most decent "estate agents" in London.
Thank you both, and we can't wait to have you round.

The proof is in the pudding: thanks to Finlay Brewer, I sold my flat within a week (it had previously been on the market for months with another agency) and bought our new home, completing the sale within four months of making the offer.
The team has been professional, flexible and kind, walking us through each step of the process with clarity and efficiency.
