Its not worth even giving 1 star as the property they are letting or they are managing, they are unable to solve single issue even after 8 months. Every time they just gives answer that they are following with landlord. I would not recommend anyone to go with this agent. As they promise they will do everything and till that day of your moving they will put into delusion and after moving they dont care you will put into queue for months like I mentioned above.<br><br>Even the five star review I believe they might asked there friends to put as this guys are not worth for 2 star for responding.

I would avoid these agents if you are selling. We used them when we were selling, to try and keep a local agent, but would never ever consider them again. Our experience has been months of calls and emails ignored, weeks and weeks of silence from them during the time after offer accepted (likely due to their poor due diligence on prospective purchaser)<br>who, it turned out, wasn’t in the position they kept assuring us he was, despite us raising alarm bells for weeks when all the signs were there. We are assuming the sale has fallen through - but they haven’t actually replied to any of our messages! Never known an agent like it, they give the rest of them a bad name.

We’ve been renting with Franklyn James for the past 6 months and our property manager, Yawar, has been great. Quick response times whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance. Daniel went above and beyond by personally visiting to check issues with the flat we’re renting and resolving them promptly. Yawar was equally fantastic—quickly identifying the problem with our washing machine and liaising with the property owner to arrange a replacement without delay.

I'd been with another letting agent for several years and felt it was time for a change.
Moving to Franklyn James was easily the best decision I've made as a landlord
The whole process was completely effortless. They kept me informed at every step, explained things clearly, and got everything sorted without any hassle.
What I really liked was how approachable and proactive they were. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and they seemed to think ahead to prevent problems before they happened.
I feel confident knowing my property is in good hands and being managed properly. I’d definitely recommend them to any landlord looking for a reliable and supportive letting agent.

I didn't have a perfect experience with Franklyn James in terms if number of viewings although they were quick to advertise the property and the listing was strong. The market was incredibly slow too so it's hard to say if any other agent would have performed better.
