We sold our house through The Frost Partnership and I would highly recommend them. They are professional, experienced, courteous and very good at what they do. Even when the market was slow they remained positive and in regular contact. As well as finding a buyer (more than once as the first attempt fell through) they then were proactive about keeping people communicating and pushing things along between verbal agreement and exchange of contracts. I would recommend every member of the team, they are excellent.

Excellent Service, Friendly & Flexible Approach!
We recently used Frost Partnership to sell our house and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Louis and the team were incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout the entire process. They understood that buying a house can be a whirlwind, and that plans can change along the way. We truly appreciated their patience with our evolving needs.
We had initially gotten market valuations from Frost Partnership, Stirling and Dexter. Ultimately, we chose Frost because of two key factors. First, they had a much more detailed history of sales and general property knowledge for the type of house we were selling. Second, the team at Frost just felt more committed and engaged in conversation. We felt like we would be well looked after with them, and that's exactly what happened.

The Frost Partnership in Chesham is a serious and professional company that we used to buy a house in the area. They were responsive, acted promptly and very pleasant on a personal level. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the service provided by The Frost Partnership during my father's tenancy agreement for an apartment in Amersham. Initially, their approach seemed thorough, but subsequent events have led to some distressing issues. When my father was hospitalised and subsequently moved to a care home, their assistance was notably lacking. A particular point of contention is the condition of the patio at the property. At the commencement of the lease, the landlady acknowledged in writing that the patio required cleaning. Despite this, The Frost Partnership is demanding a fee of £190 for its cleaning, which seems unjust given that it was not in a satisfactory state when my father began his tenancy.
It is disconcerting that they are insisting on this charge, especially considering my father's advanced age of 92 years. I urge you to consider this communication as a stern cautionary note. While initial impressions may be positive, our experience has been anything but, and it is important to note that there are numerous other estate agents available within a short walking distance. It is disappointing to have to convey such a message, but I believe it is necessary to share our experience so that others may be more informed in their dealings with The Frost Partnership.

What a guy Tim is! I've used him twice now and recommended him once. He knows his stuff and he'll get you the best deal and financial advice. I'm convinced he even told the weather at Glastonbury not to rain for me! A solid gold chap that probably deserves a Hollywood star somewhere but in Weston-Super-Mare!
