Lizzie was extremely helpful when I bought 7 Europa House.
Caroline was outstanding in finding and renewing tenants at two properties at Europa House. She has been always proactive to look after the needs of both the landlord and tenants. To give an example, when we were on holiday she sorted a maintenance problem at 8 Europa House which was beyond the terms of the tenancy agreement. She is a star.m

We sold our house through The Frost Partnership and I would highly recommend them. They are professional, experienced, courteous and very good at what they do. Even when the market was slow they remained positive and in regular contact. As well as finding a buyer (more than once as the first attempt fell through) they then were proactive about keeping people communicating and pushing things along between verbal agreement and exchange of contracts. I would recommend every member of the team, they are excellent.

Frosts - and Lizzie Walsh particularly - were absolutely superb in selling my property in Gerrards Cross. There is no way I could possibly speak more highly of them. Lizzie simply went the extra, EXTRA mile at every possible opportunity - for me and for the Buyer. From the perfect particulars to the sale itself (achieved very quickly at a price that worked for all parties), I was kept fully in the picture and I felt that everything possible was being done to achieve and support a sale to the right buyer. I would always use Frosts to sell any property and if you are looked after by Lizzie then you are very fortunate indeed.

It's impossible to overstate how impressed I have been by Frost's Gerrards Cross office's handling of the sale of my late parents' house. A special mention of Jackie who as the principal contact was proactive, informative at every stage and totally professional throughout a somewhat protracted transaction - thanks to delays on the buyers' side - while always pleasant and friendly. Matthew was very helpful in advising on the marketing strategy while Lizzie, Sonia and Clare all helped in fielding queries and keeping me informed.
