A big thank you to Rob Chisholm, Sale manager at the Feltham branch. Without his skills, patience and passion for service delivery and perseverance my property would have not sold. A constant in every business nowadays unfortunately is to see a fast turnover of staff, leaving at a fast pace ( see branch manager and sale representative that took my instruction) and having to deal with new people at the crucial initial stage..

I had a horrible experience with Frost Partnership. I had rented a property using this agency. During tenancy term, I had problems with my land lord. People from frost spoke to me very roughly. Also, initially I had paid 350 pounds in cash as a property holding deposit. After 5 months of staying in the property, frost guys asked me for the receipt (hard copy), which they had given me 5 months back. They told me that, if I don't have the receipt, that money will be deducted from deposit. I asked them to send me a email, which he did not agree to do it. Finally my deposit was returned to me without deduction of this 350.

I would not recommend at all. The guy valued my property over 100k less than 3 other agents. I personally don't think he did his research well - comparing my property to other smaller houses quite far away from my postcode when giving a valuation. The man was rude on the phone and overly critical when looking around about my area and house - making me feel bad. Other agents are much nicer & superior in my own opinion.

We have recently rented a flat from Frost Burnham. Wendy is very helpful in finding us the place we both like and the whole renting process has been easy and efficient with her help. Everyone from their office is very pleasant to speak with. So far everything is great. I would recommend them! (Particularly after we had a bad experience with another unprofessional agent in High Wycombe over the last year, this is like a breeze and it is so good to know there are nice and helpful agents like Wendy!)

Andrew (and everyone i dealt with) at The Frost Partnership in Burnham was fantastic in the sale of our property (3 bed semi detached house in Burnham).
