An individual named Sebastian works at these premises , he and his manager Sara are a little bully crew, who are happy to try and intimidate their customers to not claim any responsibility, spoke in an absolute abominable tone to my mother ! Wouldn’t be surprised if they had rabid rats for brains !

If Andy tells you Hounslow council will buy your property make sure they have the funds (from the government) in place, and are not buying a bulk of properties as that’s when it all goes wrong! I definately would not recommend Frosts to anyone.

Andy Thomson and his team were exceptional, nothing was too much, offering to go way beyond, providing removers, outside storage, chaperoning viewings and keeping us updated of progress and helping issues at all stages outside of hours. The Rentals team are thieves! Avoid the agency, especially the Rentals department. The staff there lacks courtesy; you're received in the office as if they're doing you a favor, not as clients or, better said, potential collaborators. Yet, you go there to pay for a service, but the treatment we received leaves much to be desired!

As the landlord who selected the prospective disappointed 1 star renters, on the recommendation of a neighbour, I have to speak up for the work that Sebastian and his team did to progress their application and to give them the best chance of getting the tenancy. After discussion with the Frost team, the prospective tenants signed their agreement to forfeiting their deposit if they did not pass the financial checks. As is standard for new tenancies, their details were passed to an independent financial checking company. Sebastian rang me frequently through this process, concerned that everything was taking too long as he did not want to let the prospective tenants down. The financial checking company reported to him that they were not getting the information they required from the prospective tenants. When they failed the financial checking process, I had to turn down their application and start to look for alternative tenants, because it would affect my ability to insure the tenancy. I went back both to the Frost team and the financial checking service to question where things had gone wrong and was satisfied that the financial checking system was wholly independent of the estate agency and it was their assessment of the information given to them by the clients that resulted in the fail. It seems unfair to me that the work of Sebastian and his team, most of which would not have been seen by the prospective tenants, should get such a poor review.

Hello, let me tell you about the bad experience I had with this agency, specifically with Mr. Sebastian. I was looking for a house, and a friend recommended the one next to his since he saw that the tenants next door had moved out. He contacted the owner, who informed us of the price of £1650, and directed us to the agency where we got in touch with Mr. Sebastian. As soon as we entered and told him our requirements, he had a negative reaction as if he didn't want us to consider the property... and by the way, at the agency, the price was listed as £1600, which raised suspicions. He repeatedly mentioned that we would lose the money spent on checks, even though we were confident about meeting all requirements and had come through the owner's referral, so we didn't think anything would stop us from taking the house.
After we paid and began the checks, he delayed us for 3 weeks. We were supposed to move in on the 1st, but he gave us an answer on the 31st, just when we thought he would hand over the keys.
After some time, I visited my friend and met the lady who owned the house. We shared our experience, and her husband showed us the agency's report that falsely stated my friend works 160 hours a week, which is impossible as a week has 168 hours. Later, I requested to take a photo of that report. I talked a bit more with the lady, and upon hearing that we were misled by the agency, she committed to refunding our money and said she would talk to Sebastian. Yesterday, we received a response from the lady stating that Sebastian informed her we would lose our money, but she doesn't know that by sending us there, they ruined her chance of getting money from someone else. Consider this: the lady knew she would receive £1650 in rent, the agency said it was £1600, and later I agreed to pay £1650. The lady was happy, but Mr. Sebastian treated us poorly! Be cautious with this man, as he will put you in a difficult situation, and you might end up losing your money.
If anyone wants, I can provide proof of the documents sent for verification, as well as the report sent by the agency to the owner. I advise against working with them since you might think you're getting a house, but it's the opposite... and you could end up losing your money!!! It would be great if someone from the company takes action against this gentleman!

I do not reccomend this agency, one agent named Mr. Sebastian represented them concerning my application to one house of theirs. This agent had a total lack of interest in my application, all the time when I was trying to reach him he was “not available”, not picking up the phone when I called, when I went to the agengy he was having lunch and didn’t want to talk to me, and this was not only one time, it was like 3 times in a row. I even tried to call from another phone number and when he heard it was me he passed the call to someone else. Plus he held us on wait for more than 3 weeks and he kept asking for additional information about me , so I can quit my application and they can keep my holding deposit . I think it was probably about the money and he never wanted to give us the house , and possibly he was waiting for some extra money .

I do not recommend this agency if you are either looking for property to buy or rent. The customer service from the staff there is extremely poor service very rude I won’t mention the name of her as I am not going to shame.Telling me they will close the file for the future appointments. More time it was them telling me they will get back to me in regards to properties and never came back to me.

Worst letting agents I ever had to deal with. Everytime something broke in the flat they took ages to send someone out to repair, sometimes we would call or email to tell them something's wrong and next day they didn't even know what was going on. At the end of tenancy they tried to tell us we didn't pay rent as we pay on the 23rd at nd they will charge us overdue fee, we paid on the 26th for two years. Took a month to give us our deposit back cause landlord who by the way was also rubbish and didn't care about the flat at all took two weeks to go and look at the flat and check for damages. Sent 5 emails to property manager who hasn't replied to a single one of them and was never in the office when I called. Once my flatmate called to speak to them and woman who I will not name said CAN YOU PUT SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH ON THE PHONE. To be fair, they were always quite rude to us. Absolutely disgusting. When we had viewings of the flat we had to ask them to give us 24h notice cause they don't have any common sense, I think it was very hard for them to realise that we also work and are not at home all the time. Sales agents showing the flat to potential buyers/tenants had no idea about the state of the flat or what furniture was there and what was ours, i think you should be a bit more prepared if you want to sell or rent the place to potential customers. Overall, everyone in this bloody agency has no idea how to do their job properly so if you're renting in Feltham you better look for a different agent.

Andy and the whole team at Frost were superstars throughout the sale of our house. Yes, they got us a good price and took wonderful photos, but Andy also consistently went above and beyond to guide our young first time buyers through the process and to chase down brokers and solicitors. This ensured that we moved with the urgency that our vendors had demanded. All of this despite the end of the sale being across one of the most challenging weeks for the property market in years.

We were really happy with Frost from start to finish. We spoke to a number of agents in relation to selling our house in Feltham, and decided to go with Frost, and definitely have not regretted that decision. Our house was put on the market quickly, with serious viewings arranged and a number of offers being made very quickly. Frost kept in very good communication with us, and were extremely helpful in getting to exchange and completion, communicating with us, our buyer and the relevant solicitors to make sure things were progressed to time. Crucially as well, Frost got us a good price for the house. They valued it at higher than some of the other agents and were able to achieve offers around that higher price. Chloe and Paige both were great and professional, right on time for every viewing.
However, the exchange of contracts took longer than we expected. Also, after accepting the offer, the buyer wasn't able to arrange for the finances - entirely a fault of their own. Once we decided that we wouldn't go with that buyer, Frost then quickly put the property on the market and found a new buyer which all went well.
Throughout the selling process, Jamie was quite helpful and his knowledge of the property market is second to none. From our first meeting for the property valuation he had been professional throughout and wasn't overly pushy at all compared to other 4 estate agents.

I recommend Frost as I helped two family members sell their houses months after each other using Frost.
Frost had the right expertise to set right price for the property (so it wasn’t on the market for excessive time and we didn’t have to reduce the price). The virtual tours were masterpieces and definitely gave buyers an indication as to what the property would look like.
The properties were identical in lay out (differently decorated), one sold in a day with two offers- But the buyer tried to get the price reduced after he missed the stamp duty deadline - however Frost were able to ensure the original offer was honored (it took the stress off us)
The other property was on the market for a month and Frost worked hard marketing the property and giving feedback from the people after each viewing so I could make tweaks to the presentation of the property. Offer to completion was under 2 months.
I believe paying for the expertise for the marketing and dealing with the paperwork afterwards not only reduced the level of stress I would have experienced, but I believe a higher price was achieved from their years of experience.

We appointed The Frost Partnership in Feltham to market our house in lower Feltham. Jamie and his team were at all times professional, with excellent local knowledge. Our first contact was with Jamie Berryman the manager who provided us with a market assessment and valuation which was agreed. As a result of this we appointed Feltham Frost Partnership to market our property, this started by creating a video of the property as well as excellent quality photographs.
The property went on the market within a couple of days and within the first 4 days there had been a number of viewings managed by Jamie and his excellent team, namely Chloe, Paige and Hannah. They accompanied all viewings and within a week we had offers to consider.

I picked a 2 bed house within budget to view, CHLOE sent a video link for online viewing. The property was not what I was after. I have nothing but praise for the Letting team at Frost in Feltham. Not just the front-end team of Sebastian, Rob and Adrianna, but also the back office staff (Julia, Claire, Joanne to name a few) that manage the contracts, invoicing and other back-office tasks.
Being a first-time landlord, as you can imagine my wife and I were a bit apprehensive and keen on finding a letting agent that would provide a great service and answer any questions we might have. Paid a holding deposit to hold a property.. two days after I was told it was taken by someone else.
Mentioning no name i was shown other properties as the company had my holding deposit yet again the property was let to someone else.
Been nearly two week since I paid my holding deposit. Company was quick to ask for deposit and no response till i contact them for an update.
Refund has been issued still waiting for it.
I have had to take time out of work to view properties why would an estate agent show me properties when they are already off the market?

Jamie (and previously, Harry who took charge at Staines branch during our move) were both excellent throughout what turned out to be - through no fault of their own - a difficult move during Brexit doubts and the COVID-19 pandemic.
James has been on hand to offer advice when needed, make suggestions when asked and be accommodating to all sorts of demands. Let's just say when our buyer made a late demand that threatened to derail the entire process very late on, Jamie acted on our instructions, but was also instrumental in helping to ease the sale over the line. Jamie and all his colleagues were transparent and candid throughout, and it was clear that they had our best interests at heart - even giving their excessive workloads and lockdown challenges.
Frost weren't our initial choice - which was a mistake. Our previous agents left a lot to be desired, but as soon as we switched, we knew we were in better hands. Some Estate Agents get a bad press, and no doubt some of it is deserved, but Frost have seen our move through when so many others are in danger of falling by the wayside. I couldn't give a higher recommendation.

I’m not sure how they are still in business the way they conduct themselves without professionalism. I would not accept there terms and conditions in there present state, this is my right. I feel I was being pressurised to do sign which I was not comfortable to do so. I urge everyone to read them carefully and do not accept what is given to you it benefits the agent and not the landlord. Protecting all sides is important. Sebastian took over managing my property with the existing tenants from a very incompetent estate agent. He went through the whole process with me and made it a smooth transition with his knowledge and experience. We recently had to get new tenants in and again Sebastian took care of the redecorating/works to the property at minimal cost, stress to myself and was always available 24/7. Appalling agent – Georgina disgustingly rude & Harry refused to apologise & was also rude the next day. I had come from City for 2 viewings – left work early & it took me 1 ½ hours. Thought I was running 5 mins late, but was actually 10 mins early. I e-mailed Georgina to let her know (she doesn’t take calls) Georgina cancelled both viewings with no phone call or e-mail notification & left me hanging around Feltham waiting till late. Georgina said she was on phone to Solicitors when we were supposed to be viewing. I was a cash buyer & will now not ever look at a property with these prawns. Called the agency 4 times in the next 2 hours & each time was told someone would get back to me & they didn’t. Was sure to tell the Vendors neighbours how unprofessional the Frost partnership were. I used to work for Foxtons & this would never be tolerated. They don’t even have mobile phones – pathetic. Dirty office too. Anyone on my Sales team doing this would be dismissed…

We have only good words about Jamie and we can't thank him enough for the tremendous help in selling our house. Chet our mortgage advisor was brilliant. He honoured all deadlines, was very professional and fast. Our application was handled by him and he even negotiated better than market rate. ROB was another very helpful gentleman. He even helped us when we needed a short let. Jaime had a family problem but even then, he made all efforts. Thank you gentlemen

Unfortunately the experience I had with Frost partnership was not a good one, they rushed the exchange on the property without proper consideration of my position. They guaranteed certain things would be done before completion which never took place. Poor customer service wouldn't recommend!

My experience with Frost is very positive . Their professional approach puts one's mind at ease and makes Frost as a partner in the property search with you . I found them approachable and friendly. I would like to mention Robert Chisholm and Jess for their professionalism.

A big thank you to Rob Chisholm, Sale manager at the Feltham branch. Without his skills, patience and passion for service delivery and perseverance my property would have not sold. A constant in every business nowadays unfortunately is to see a fast turnover of staff, leaving at a fast pace ( see branch manager and sale representative that took my instruction) and having to deal with new people at the crucial initial stage..

I had a horrible experience with Frost Partnership. I had rented a property using this agency. During tenancy term, I had problems with my land lord. People from frost spoke to me very roughly. Also, initially I had paid 350 pounds in cash as a property holding deposit. After 5 months of staying in the property, frost guys asked me for the receipt (hard copy), which they had given me 5 months back. They told me that, if I don't have the receipt, that money will be deducted from deposit. I asked them to send me a email, which he did not agree to do it. Finally my deposit was returned to me without deduction of this 350.

I would not recommend at all.
The guy valued my property over 100k less than 3 other agents. I personally don't think he did his research well - comparing my property to other smaller houses quite far away from my postcode when giving a valuation.
The man was rude on the phone and overly critical when looking around about my area and house - making me feel bad.
Other agents are much nicer & superior in my own opinion.
