I would not recommend at all. The guy valued my property over 100k less than 3 other agents. I personally don't think he did his research well - comparing my property to other smaller houses quite far away from my postcode when giving a valuation. The man was rude on the phone and overly critical when looking around about my area and house - making me feel bad. Other agents are much nicer & superior in my own opinion.

I first bought a house via Frost in 2000 in Amersham. Things went very smoothly and I got a discount from 1.5% to 1%. Jackie handled the deal in a very efficient manner. In 2013 Sold the house in Amersham and bought in Chesham - and again Jackie of Amersham branch handled my sale with no issues.
Now in Oct 2016 I'm leaving for Spain and selling my Chesham house before property plummets as a result of Brexit. Again Jackie is handling it - the only time any issues arose was when a junior staff member filled in during Jackie's absence - things went slower and communication more irregular - but then a merely good performance pales when compared to what I got used to because Jackie delivered excellent performance while her junior colleagues only delivered "good" performance.
Overall nothing but positive feedback relating to house sale & purchase. Can't comment about renting as I've never rented through them - but I understand that renting is a small sideline with sales being principal business.

We had a very poor dealing experience with this company. We rented a flat from Frost in Jul/August 2012, my contact was Sally Hyland at the Amersham branch. Immediately Frost handed over a s21 notice seeking possession in 1 years time. Although I believe that this is legal, this is extremely bad practice. When I queried what this meant with Sally I was told that this was just standard procedure and not to worry about it.
This document basically means that they don't need to give you ANY notice to leave the property, so if your landlord decides that he wants to offer his divorced mate your home to live in and give you next to no notice then they are completely within their rights to do so. Which is basically what happened to us.
I think that they should be transparent in the way they do business so would warn you to avoid signing the s21 notice as I did unwittingly setting myself up for a huge amount of stress a few months down the line when we were asked to leave with less than 4 weeks notice not 6-8 weeks which would have been reasonable. Not easy to do when you are working full time!
I would recommend that you look for another Estate Agency to do business with. Fees are also very expensive.

I purchased through Frost Estate agents in Staines. Cheryl was very proactive from start to finish and was a great mediator between all parties. This proved so helpful in progressing things when solicitor and vendor needed encouragement to be more responsive. My solicitors were also very complimentary on the hard work Cheryl put in. On this basis I would easily rate the service as 5 out of 5.
