My experience of houseandco has been absolutely amazing. Everyone that I came across that worked there would always do everything they could to help, and often went above and beyond expectations. This was particularly the case where all solicitors involved seemed to be fairly clueless, and I felt houseandco did a lot more to help the process move along than the solicitors did. Particular thanks to Ria and Jess who did a lot of work around trying to smooth over complications along the way with both selling and buying and were constantly available to offer support and advice.
