I’m genuinely very disappointed by the way I was treated by both the owner and manager at WorkSpace. I was approached while quietly doing my work and spoken to in a degrading and unprofessional manner regarding purchasing something from the café.
The situation was communicated unclearly at first, and instead of handling it respectfully, I was told to leave or security would be called. I found the entire interaction rude and upsetting. Regardless of café policy, customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

Great spot for remote working. Staff are great, food & coffee are good. Matcha lattes taste like sand though ??????

One of the worst experiences I’ve had of a space in London. At 4.55pm, the staff decided to switch the main lights off in an effort to clear out the space. No verbal communication, just glares from the side of the room to indicate that the cafe is now closed. From what I can see the space actually closes at 5.30. This is not how you treat people, sort it out.
