One of the worst experiences I’ve had of a space in London. At 4.55pm, the staff decided to switch the main lights off in an effort to clear out the space. No verbal communication, just glares from the side of the room to indicate that the cafe is now closed. From what I can see the space actually closes at 5.30. This is not how you treat people, sort it out.

Staff had no time to look up to see my wife waiting to order. But they had time to talk with themselves and not about their work. We walked out. A waste of time!

A very comfortable place as well as atmosphere. The staff could be more friendly, but it is understandable as they are usually busy.

The massage was ok but the reception unprofessional. Couldn't get in as didn't answer the intercom and then the therapist was missing. No apologies for the delay.
