Very disappointing experience with this agency. Communication from their representative, Josh, was unnecessarily argumentative and lacked professionalism. Reasonable requests regarding suitable viewing times were inaccurately presented as a refusal. As a tenant, I remained cooperative, yet the tone and approach taken made the process stressful and uncomfortable. Professionalism and respectful communication should be standard practice in any property agency. However, he was lack of them. In this case, Josh clearly fell short of these standards. In contrast, my communication with Jena was professional, polite, and respectful. She arranged viewings appropriately and approached matters in a courteous manner, which made cooperation much easier. Professional and respectful communication makes a significant difference, and I hope this agency ensures consistency across its team. Update in response to the agency’s reply: I stand by my review, as it reflects my genuine experience. I have retained screenshots of the communication between Joshua and myself, including responses that I found dismissive and unprofessional, such as the use of a laughing emoji when I mentioned raising a complaint. This understandably gave the impression that my concerns were not being taken seriously. For clarity, two viewings were successfully conducted at the property with my agreement. This clearly demonstrates that I was cooperative and did not refuse access. As a working tenant, I simply requested reasonable availability within my schedule, which is entirely within my legal rights. Leaving a review on Google is also my right as a consumer when I feel my experience does not reflect the standards described in your response. Should the matter require independent review, I am comfortable referring it to The Property Ombudsman so that an impartial assessment can determine whether the communication met appropriate professional standards. I remain willing to cooperate within reasonable and respectful boundaries. However, I do not wish to continue communication with Joshua and request that future arrangements are handled by another respectful representative.... Read more

Recently moved into a property which Tiffany supported us through the purchase. She is absolutely exceptional, her professionalism, expertise, desire to go above and beyond simply cannot be faulted. I've had such a bad experience with Laurels. My flat was put on the market, and after the initial guy I dealt with there (who was lovely) left the agency, no one contacted me for weeks. It was like no one was looking me. Finally someone reached out, but months later, no viewings, no interest and with a total lack of communication, I decided to move to another agency. I put my notice in, waiting 4 weeks as per the contract, and now no one will ring me back after saying they will ring me back in 5 mins/later today. Even ringing up the main number explaining how unhappy I was didn't help. I would never use them again!... Read more
