First time selling a house in 25 years I was very apprehensive, as I was buying new build the company got 3 estate agents in to value and compete against each other , what I must say from the very first meeting Laurals ( Fraser ) was one step ahead or the game.
He had the house on the market before the others had even sent a photographer round , by the time they had, laurels had sold the property ( 8 days ) for the price we wanted.
Again through the whole process Fraser kept us informed and nothing was to much trouble for him, I think Laurels are lucky to have him . And would highly recommend laurels ????????????????????

We arranged a viewing on a property through Laurels, and drove 3 hours from Cambridge to view it. The agent failed to turn up. We knocked on the door of the property to make sure the agent wasn’t inside; it was clear that someone was inside, but did not want to be disturbed. As we were leaving, 30 mins after the viewing was scheduled for, we received a call from the agent. They told us that the house had already been sold a week previously - before we had even booked the viewing over the phone! So, we travelled 6 hours in a day only to needlessly bother the owner of an already sold property. I would suggest that any potential sellers be wary of Laurels when choosing an agency to list their property with.

Very poor service. I've been trying to book a viewing for a few days now and told each time that the team are out of the office. I stated as much to them directly and politely. Lauren from reception just put the phone down on me, very unprofessional.

Highly recommended - the whole team went above and beyond, from Rob Muat who runs a fantastic agency and gives great advice, to the estate agents and the sale progression team, we felt very supported throughout the experience thanks to John Carlisle, April Tucker, Katie Cullivan.and especially Olivia Greenwood who was very proactive and helpful towards the end. Our situation got complicated but the team was patient and solution-focused which was extremely appreciated in times of pressure. Laurels has very high standards and outstanding customer service, big thanks to all involved in our sale.
