I had the pleasure of instructing Steve for the sale of my property. From bringing around qualified potential buyers for viewing (as opposed to a constant string of non-viablw options) to ensuring the parties are all appraised of ongoings and the transaction ticking along.
Unfortunately for a variety of reasons the sale took longer than the parties hoped, but Steve made sure that things progressed wherever possible and with all necessary information, always responsive and happy to assist.

Our experience with Lawlors was great. Steve at Lawlors was fantastic. His knowledge and support throughout the process of us buying our first house was faultless. Lawlors was honest and transparent throughout and we felt that we had a very personalised experience. We never felt rushed when viewing the house or on the phone with questions. Steve Gabbani at Lawlors actually acted for our seller, but I wanted to leave a review for his firm as - unusually - he was great to deal with from a buyer’s point of view, and we felt very fairly treated in the bidding process and onward transaction. Steve is of the old school, he knows the market inside out and prides himself on personal service, communication and chasing up the whole chain. He was excellent when the (idiots) above us in the chain stuffed up the first attempt to exchange, and kept everything on track. I hope to live inside the lovely property he sold us for some time, but would not hesitate to recommend him if you are thinking of selling yours and need a talented local expert.
