Our experience with this estate agent was rather frustrating . After viewing and putting in an offer for one of their properties, we were repeatedly told that we would receive updates “by the end of the day,” but these promises were consistently broken. We ended up chasing them for two weeks with no clear answers. On multiple occasions when agents were unavailable, we were told we'd receive a call back—but no one ever followed up.
Eventually, after constant chasing, we were casually informed that the property had already gone. Shockingly, they admitted that the email meant to inform us had been left sitting in drafts and never sent. We were then told that the landlord only ever wanted two tenants—despite the fact that we had been completely transparent from the beginning that we were a group of three. This information would have been appreciated before the viewing process to save both the agents, and our time and money.
For a letting agent in London, where time and clarity are crucial, this kind of communication breakdown and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. If you value your time and expect even the most basic transparency, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I bought my flat through LivingInLondon. Although the purchase went pretty smoothly, I was still convinced that it is better to choose a bigger agent as I thought that through their bigger network of clients, this will help me sell the flat faster and will offset the higher fees. After two failed attempts, I needed a change and went back to LivingInLondon. At this stage, I was quite disheartened so I was amazed how quickly and stress-free LivingInLondon sold my flat and that not “all real estate agents are the same” as one of my friends explained to me. As a result, I would like to recommend George, Elizabeth and the team.
