I have used this estate agent for years.to rent out my two properties. They have never let me down. The properties are advertised & I’ve never been without a tenant. The staff go the extra mile to help if I need them to & nothing is too much trouble. Megan is amazing & supportive ( even on her day off ) ! . Elizabeth is great too . I would never use any other estate agent.

George and Elizabeth helped us sell our flat and were exceptional throughout. In particular, whilst the market was clearly a little ropey at the time, we had a constant stream of visitors, regular communication and in the end settled for a fantastic deal, which was shaped by their expertise. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to list their property.

Avoid this agency by all means! I was being scammed by them for nearly 4000 GBP, even Lloyds told me to stay away from this agency! You will never get your money back from them!

We have enjoyed the fantastic service I receive from LivinginLondon.
I am particularly grateful to Tracy Earl and Megan Ridgway.
Tracy has been a real support, going out of her way during the recent demands when we were remortgaging our flats. We also received great help from Megan. I must say that without help and the incredible support from Tracy and Megan we would have badly struggled. We can not thank them more.

George is the best estate agent in London! He helped me rent a flat being knowledgable and approachable. A diamond in a sea of often clueless and pretentious estate agents. Megan was also really responsive to my enquiries. Living n London is an exceptional agency, I highly recommend them to match their properties with your needs.
