I recently viewed and then bought a house with the help of Marshalls Estate Agents.
I live in Essex so buying a place in Penzance would need good communication, and i certainly got it from Marshalls.
Special Agent Will Garner kept me informed throughout and didn't hesitate to contact the vendors solicitor or my own solicitor whenever i had any issues.
Everyone i spoke to at the offices were friendly and approachable

Really pleased with Ryan at Marshall's. We had a difficult property to sell with some unique obstacles. From our initial meeting at the property to the many phone calls along the way he remained professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the whole process. Great guy. To be fair to the rest of the team - whenever I rang to speak to Ryan - they were also always friendly and passed on messages or had Ryan ring back no problem. Recommended.

A proper job.
Marshalls looked after my mother’s house as letting agents from 2017 until 2025 when they listed it for sale.
The service was first class out. Tenants and buyers were both found quickly and the team’s patience as well as perseverance with buyers (especially Nick and Will) ensured that the sale completed when it could easily have fallen through.
