I had the pleasure of working with Will from Marshall’s when purchasing my first house. All I can say is he was very polite, extremely helpful & always very easy to get hold of to talk to. I felt he went above and beyond for me. He put me in touch with an amazing mortgage advisor. He has lots of knowledge about buying & selling property & has expert advise to share with you. I also spoke on the phone a couple of times with his colleagues & they were all very pleasant.

Recently purchased a house through Marshalls and can’t recommend the experience enough! Will was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process - as often happens there were issues along the way but he was always available, patient and ready to go all the way to help things progress as smoothly and quickly as possible.

I am over the moon with the professional, prompt and well organised service that Marshalls provide. I don’t have to worry about my property at all, they manage every aspect which is the way it should be when paying them to manage. Very pleased with the service they provide and would recommend

I recently viewed and then bought a house with the help of Marshalls Estate Agents.
I live in Essex so buying a place in Penzance would need good communication, and i certainly got it from Marshalls.
Special Agent Will Garner kept me informed throughout and didn't hesitate to contact the vendors solicitor or my own solicitor whenever i had any issues.
Everyone i spoke to at the offices were friendly and approachable
