Marshalls were really helpful and professional. They came round to see the house and got it on the market nice and quickly. The valuation provided was good and they organised all viewings around our timetable. Communication was great and they kept us up to date with everything as it happened. I am very happy to recommend Marshalls in Penzance.

I purchased a house in Heamoor through Marshalls in June 2025. William, the agent was professional, responsive and helpful throughout. Although I was in a short chain, there were inevitably some problems, which William did his utmost to support. He always called me back if I left a message, and chased me if there was something I needed to do. Happy to recommend!

The team at Marshall's Penzance have been brilliant.
We recently sold a property with them, and despite living overseas the whole sale process was quick, and regular updates were received.
A special mention must go to Ryan, who was extremely helpful.
