I am happy to share my exceptional experience with the Martin Allsuch & Co that helped us find our dream flat, which we now lovingly call "our home." From the moment we contacted them, their professionalism and dedication was topnotch.
Dan was very helpful and explained the whole process and what was required from us,he helped us from the start updating us of everything happening and was Flexible to talk to the landlord on our behalf and change some things on the tenancy agreement this made the transition very smooth and easy for us.
I highly recommend Martin Allsuch and company.

I have several rental flats and Martin Allsuch have been managing one of these for some time now.
This is without doubt the best letting agent that I have ever used. My contact there was Greta Kisieliute and she was exceptional in all respects.
She always responded to any questions or requests from both myself or my tenant promptly and efficiently. In my experience Greta has a perfect balance of managing her landlords needs while also respecting the needs and rights of her tenants. Thank you Greta.

Nobody would like to get treated like they are beneath others and it is essential to remember it takes 2 to tango. Potential buyers gives you business and should get treated with respect.
I was rejected for a viewing when they asked for my proof of funds being in the UK. I have never gotten asked nor required for my current funds being in the UK before a viewing from all other agencies before.
Throughout the call, the agent was speaking to me in a very rude attitude as if it is my fault for not meeting a non-industry standard requirement for a viewing. They told me I will not be able to buy a house anywhere if I don't have all my money in the UK now.
Anyways, I put an offer in a property with another agency a week later and I am completing soon. Their loss and I will not let this agency to have my business ever again.
