Absolutely disgraceful experience.
I have never dealt with an estate agent that behaved so unprofessionally and dishonestly. After my offer was accepted and I proceeded in good faith, I later discovered that the estate agent was actively trying to secure a higher offer instead. It felt as though they had no respect whatsoever for transparency, fairness, or basic professional ethics.
Throughout the process I was given information that turned out to be misleading, and I was left with the clear impression that their priority was not to act honestly but simply to extract as much money as possible from the situation. The entire experience left me feeling deceived and manipulated.
What should have been an exciting property purchase became a stressful and frustrating ordeal because of the conduct of this agency. Trust is essential when dealing with property transactions, and unfortunately I found their actions completely undermined that trust.
I would strongly advise anyone considering using this estate agent to proceed with extreme caution. Based on my experience, I would not use them again and would not recommend them to friends, family, or anyone looking for a fair and honest service.

Jamie Leach has just rented out a property for us. The service he gave was excellent - always returning calls, answering all our questions and generally doing an excellent job. We have dealt with Martin Allsuch for some years and can recommend them most highly.

I had a really great experience with this estate agent from start to finish. They were extremely helpful, efficient, and very professional throughout the whole process. Everything was dealt with quickly, clearly, and without any stress or headaches.
The move went exactly as planned and communication was excellent at all times. They made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and smooth.
