Nobody would like to get treated like they are beneath others and it is essential to remember it takes 2 to tango. Potential buyers gives you business and should get treated with respect.
I was rejected for a viewing when they asked for my proof of funds being in the UK. I have never gotten asked nor required for my current funds being in the UK before a viewing from all other agencies before.
Throughout the call, the agent was speaking to me in a very rude attitude as if it is my fault for not meeting a non-industry standard requirement for a viewing. They told me I will not be able to buy a house anywhere if I don't have all my money in the UK now.
Anyways, I put an offer in a property with another agency a week later and I am completing soon. Their loss and I will not let this agency to have my business ever again.

It has been an absolute pleasure buying our first home with the help of MA. Hope was an absolute dream to deal with and helped and explained every part of the process to us! We had no idea what we were doing and she guided us, let us visit the property as many times as possible and just made the complete process completely stress free!! Thank you so much again!!!
