Nobody would like to get treated like they are beneath others and it is essential to remember it takes 2 to tango. Potential buyers gives you business and should get treated with respect.
I was rejected for a viewing when they asked for my proof of funds being in the UK. I have never gotten asked nor required for my current funds being in the UK before a viewing from all other agencies before.
Throughout the call, the agent was speaking to me in a very rude attitude as if it is my fault for not meeting a non-industry standard requirement for a viewing. They told me I will not be able to buy a house anywhere if I don't have all my money in the UK now.
Anyways, I put an offer in a property with another agency a week later and I am completing soon. Their loss and I will not let this agency to have my business ever again.

Do not recommend. They were ok at beginning of tenancy as they want to make money Ofc. But extremely difficult at end of tenancy.
They tried to take my deposit for things I was not responsible for such as a faulty boiler (which I reported months before I handed in my notice). They were aware of this as they provided the inventory. Very difficult and rude admin personnel. Avoid. Avoid.

Called this Agent two times regarding a property interest. The lady Hope took details and never had the courtesy to call back and provide updates. Called the agent today and spoke to Gentleman who informed me he had never heard of the name we left a message with. Very unprofessional and lost another house due to this agent not providing updates on time. Would not reccomend their customer service.

I encountered a ridiculous agent after enquiring about viewing a property with no images online. He said, and I quote, "If you cannot afford it, you cannot come to view it” after we asked if there was room for negotiation. Assuming that a potential buyer cannot afford a property shows how extremely rude and inconsiderate the agency is.

First class service from the team at Martin Allsuch. Miriam was present when viewing the property my partner and myself fell inlove with. She was extremely helpful, friendly and professional when handling our application. My partner is self employed so there were a few tricky hurdles to over come and pass refrencing however Miriam went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and smooth for us both. We move in on 13th June so we are extremely pleased with the outcome! We spoke with Jamie a few times also and he was also accomdating and helpful.

I was having real trouble selling my flat so one afternoon I called and spoke with Hope, who was so excited to have my property and already knew prospective buyers who might be interested. In less than 24 hours we had three viewings and two offers!
Hope went above and beyond to make sure the sale went through on time, engaging with solicitors and ensuring everything went smoothly. I can not recommend her and MA enough!

We can't recommend Hope highly enough! She was incredibly proactive right from the start and a real pleasure to deal with.
We had a very honest conversation about the price of the property and the local market and we made it clear that we couldn't afford to sell below a certain price. She didn't waste our time with silly offers and time waster viewings and she kept us fully informed along the way.
Once we accepted an offer, she checked in regularly as the sale progressed and when an unnecessary complication arose relating to an EWS1 form, Hope put in a lot of extra effort to go between the management company, the mortgage broker, the buyer and us until eventually a solution was found and the sale was able to proceed.

Miriam and the team at Martin Allsuch have been managing 2 of my Buy to Let Properties for over 4 years. Despite not being in the immediate area of the the properties (Watford vs Elstree) they have always found me high quality tennants.
The communication is excellent and I can always trust them to act on instructions. Their fees are very reasonable for such a great service.
I have used main-brand Estate Agents as lettings agents in the past and would strongly advie against this.
I will only be using MA from now on for my lettings management. Great service!

More than happy that I decided to rent through Martin Allsuch and have the pleasure of dealing with Sophie Cobden. One week before the moving in Date my current landlord messed me around which resulted in the moving date being pushed by a month which would of meant I would of lost the property and be homeless all together! But thanks to Sophie she managed to talk things through with the new land lord to accept the new moving in date. Cannot recommend this firm and Sophie high enough for their reliability, professionalism and reliability. Thank you Sophie!

I would like to share my experience in dealing with Martin Allsuch & Co and in particular with Ms Miriam Gold. Miriam had and still is very helpful to me and my family from whom we rented a property in Edgware in 2004. We had to move now as we required a larger property and she has been very helpful in the smooth transition without any major problems or issues. We have been treated by Miriam and on occasion by other staff at Martin Allsuch & Co in a very respectful and courteous manner. I have been dealing with Martin Allsuch and Co. for two years now, specifically with their lettings manager Miriam. I have two 1 bedroomed flats locally and use them to rent these properties. For the extremely competitive fee I pay, I receive an excellent management service from them. My flats are new-build so I wouldn't expect much in the way of problems, but any little niggles Miriam is on to it straight away absolutely doing what I pay them for, making sure the tenant is happy and that I am not inconvenienced. I would happily recommend Martin Allsuch and Co. to anybody who has rented properties and is looking for a reliable and efficient management company.

The team at Martin Allsuch & Co have managed several properties for which I have responsibility for a considerable number of years.
During that time they have been prompt and professional in dealing both with tenants and owners and forwarding rents collected.
They always document all activities with statements, copy invoices, or confirmatory emails, so there is never any doubt about their discharge of their management responsibilities.
They are also always on time in issuing statutory notices etc in this increasingly regulated activity and never fail to get authority before incurring expenditure on the landlord's behalf.
Most importantly, and this is what makes them such a lovely firm to deal with, they are friendly to all parties in the tenant/landlord transaction while always retaining their professional objectivity.
I would recommend them with confidence to both tenants and landlords in the full expectation that all parties would be very pleased with the relationship.
