I just sold my flat through Maslen Estate Agents, Lewes Road and would recommend, they were not the cheapest but the professional service and attention made it worth it. Paul was a very helpful and experienced agent who gave sound advice and helped after a buyer withdrew their offer. Donna Holliday the sales progressor kept in touch with me at all times and liaised with both solicitors ensuring the sale completed successfully and was so reassuring, I am very grateful and appreciate her hard work. I hope David Maslen will give recognition to Donna's excellent work!

Update 2023: We recently used Maslen financial services again when we moved home and were once again extremely happy with the service. Joseph worked with us throughout the entire process to get all of the financials in place as and when we needed at every stage. Both Joseph and Louise were excellent to deal with and communicated everything clearly and promptly throughout!

Maslen provided a fantastic service and I can't recommend them highly enough! As first time home buyers my partner and I were slightly bewildered by all that was involved but Graham explained everything step by step and found us the deal most suitable for us. As well as that he adapted to changes last minute as things were thrown up during negotiations to make sure everything stayed on track to hit our completion date. Communication was great throughout with both Graham and his Financial Services Administrator Louise being on hand to answer all and any quires we had.

I bought my first flat in the UK with the help of Maslen. They were really kind throughout the whole process. They were patient, helpful and were always there for me whenever I had any questions. After a lengthy housing search and interactions with nearly all estate agents Brighton has to offer it was always a pleasure to deal with Maslen. They quickly became our favourites. My brother & I had to sell our late Mother’s property which we thought would be stressful & hard to deal with. However, the office at Woodingdean (Brittany & Marc in particular) were exceptional in their communication, advice, expertise & efficiency. Nothing was too much trouble & we really felt that they have their client’s best interests at heart.
