Having used 3 agents previously and not having the best experience, I didn’t have high hopes for finding a new estate agent. Thankfully a friend recommended Midland to me. I am very glad to have been put in touch with Donna who has gone above and beyond to take care of my portfolio from the first interaction. I have been renting my properties through Midland Residential for the last 3 years and haven’t looked back. Anybody looking for personable and professional service from a company that cares, I would highly recommend you get in contact.

I instructed Midland Residential to find tenants for my properties. They found tenants for my three properties within a week of meeting them. Outstanding information provided from start to finish. I had the pleasure of dealing with Midlands residential during the purchase of my property. While the process was unfortunately delayed due to solicitors taking an excessive amount of time to address even simple matters, the estate agents went above and beyond to ensure the sale progressed as smoothly as possible.
The team at Midlands demonstrated exceptional professionalism, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to keeping everything on track. They were always approachable, proactive in resolving issues, and consistently kept me informed throughout the process.

As a landlord I have used this company for all my lettings in Birmingham and all the the tenants they have selected for my properties have been exceptional. I recommend this company for landlords who want good tenants for their properties. This company will guide you on what to put right in your properties in order to attract quality tenants.
