Rob, Marilyn, Simon and Debbie were an absolute pleasure to deal with, from our first phone call, to receiving the keys of our new home. They were always professional, courteous, approachable and happy to answer our questions. We’ve been so impressed by our experience with Oakwood homes that we have subsequently chosen them to manage the letting of our other property.

They get on with stuff. No fuss. Deal with problems efficiently. Nice to speak to. Don't get wrapped up in needlessly complicated processes like another prominent local agent. I do rentals with them but someone I know said they were very good with her sale and the sales team seem very nice when I have spoken to them.

A very professional service. Accurate not inflated valuation. The service we received from the whole team was friendly and very supportive. Always felt that they were doing the best for us, questions and queries answered promptly. Nothing was too much trouble. Prompt feedback following viewings. Felt safe that members of the team conducted viewings on our behalf.
