Oakwood staff were great under the circumstances that we were all in.

We tried to view a house in Broadstairs a couple of years ago. We weren’t in a chain and were cash buyers so in an ideal position for a seller. Twice we chased them up on when we could view and both times they promised to phone back but didn’t. Perhaps because we were cash buyers and they wanted to sell to someone who would take a mortgage through them.

Rob, Marilyn, Simon and Debbie were an absolute pleasure to deal with, from our first phone call, to receiving the keys of our new home. They were always professional, courteous, approachable and happy to answer our questions. We’ve been so impressed by our experience with Oakwood homes that we have subsequently chosen them to manage the letting of our other property.

They get on with stuff. No fuss. Deal with problems efficiently. Nice to speak to. Don't get wrapped up in needlessly complicated processes like another prominent local agent. I do rentals with them but someone I know said they were very good with her sale and the sales team seem very nice when I have spoken to them.
