Oakwood homes was established in 2005 by Andrew Dickinson who felt there was a niche in the market for an Agent who shows and demonstrates an interest in people and not just making money. Great customer service is at the heart of what we do and ingrained into all our staff who share in our passion for people and property. The management team possess more than 100 years industry experience between them which has helped to shape the business as we see it today, giving certainty and reassurance to all our clients that we know what we are doing!
All our staff are determined to give the very best service we possibly can - which is something sadly lacking in many other companies. Moving home can be a very stressful time and our aim is to work with you to ensure the whole transaction runs as well as possible. In the event of any delays, our dedicated team will keep you up to date at every stage until we reach the point of legal completion.

Sold the house two days after it went on the market for very close to the asking price and we were VERY happy with the price. These people know the area and the market inside out.
Quick processing spurred on by Darren and Amie who were fantastic all the way through. I highly recommend this estate agent to anyone who wants an honest, hard working estate agent who take the hassle out of selling a property. They respond quickly and make you feel that you are always at the top of their priority list.... Read more
Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
