We first came across Petty Son and Prestwich on a viewing. After what had been a disastrous year and experience for us trying to sell our property, we immediately loved Catherine! Her warmth friendliness and professionalism was nothing like we had come across in the market. We could really sense her passion for what she does and the fact she genuinely cared about us and wanted the best for us. We did not hesitate in appointing PS&P to sell our property for us which was done swiftly and smoothly, all in a professional way - there were no issues encounters and this really made our busy lives stress free and the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to sell or purchase!

(Mostly) really nice people and some especially lovely but they declined potential buyers without speaking with us first and discouraged potential bidders based on incorrect assumptions. Has been quite frustrating

Really happy to recommend Petty Sons & Prestwich. We bought and sold with them and they were knowledgeable, professional and friendly throughout. Everyone on the team is helpful, dedicated and proactive and made the whole process as hassle free as buying and selling can be! Wouldn't use anyone else if looking to buy or sell in Leytonstone or Wanstead.

We were looking to buy a property for nearly three years and so met the team on many occasions. When we finally got to the point of buying through Petty Son & Prestwich, the team were fantastic. They facilitated communication between us and their sellers promptly and clearly. Moreover they were much more helpful than own own agents with advice on managing our tricky buyer. At the point of exchange and completion, they liaised up and down the chain to keep things moving. I honestly don’t think it would have all gone through without them. I can highly recommend them, and while we have no intention of moving again, if we did, they would be my first choice.

I recently sold my flat using Petty Son and Prestwich. Their service throughout the process was fantastic and they secured an excellent outcome for me in a very quick period of time. As with all property transactions there were some issues that arose but all of them were dealt with by the office in an incredibly professional and skilled way. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a professional, friendly and personal estate agent as they will do their absolute best to ensure the journey is a smooth and hassle free as possible.
