Everybody is helpful; they were available every time we needed access to the property before exchange. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with Pettyson selling our house. I had spoken to a number of agents and they came out top for many reasons. We first met Catherine when she showed us around our home-to-be. From the outset she put us at our ease and allowed us as much time as we needed to look around an ask questions. Buying a house at any stage in life is a huge commitment, so we valued not feeling pressured into making quick decisions.
