The whole process was handled efficiently and professionally, with clear communication throughout. I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions I had were answered promptly and in a straightforward manner, which made what can often be a stressful process much easier.
The sale progressed smoothly, and everything was completed within the expected timeframe. I particularly appreciated their attention to detail and proactive approach in dealing with any issues that arose.

Very very poor experience. Instructed to do the conveyancing for the sale and purchase of our homes but after 72 hours of zero contact, despite 4 phone calls and an email being sent, the solicitor emailed to say they were too busy and could not represent us despite asking for all documentation to be sent to them. The customer service manager was extremely rude and unwilling to accept that this is poor service. Her customer service skills were to threaten me with legal action if I said their professionalism was lacking the standard expected of a legal firm. Would not recommend them in any manner.
