Roberts&Co were very friendly, however they talk a far superior game to the one they play.
Proper screening of people to view as well as collation of post viewing feedback was poor to non existing. They were unable to advise on anything to help improve the chances of attracting viewers other than moving photos about on the listing or reducing the price. Very reactive and not pro-active.
Had to pay £480 to exit the contract early even though they admitted they have underperformed for us.

Happy to go with what our asking price was after other estate agents saying no and got full asking price. Good communication.

The sales experience has been excellent with a thoroughly professional approach to all aspects of the sale. We opted got the agent to accompany all prospective buyers. In all cases we received feedback on these visits.
