Throughout the sales process I have been extremely happy with how Roberts & Co have dealt with the sale and the information they have provided me with along the way. Every member of staff that I have spoken to have been helpful and professional in their approach and living 175 miles away from the sale property I couldn't have asked for more. I have been kept fully updated prior to viewings and given feedback once the viewings have taken place. I have never dealt with an Estate Agent in past who have come anywhere close to Roberts & Co for the service they have provided as it wasn't an easy property to sell. I sold my old house and purchased my new house through these guys. I have to say I found them to be a class act to deal with. I tried to sell my house just before Covid and the chain kept falling through due to the pandemic. I dealt with some other estate agents during this time and they are not a patch on Robert’s and Co.<br><br>I thought their photographer was excellent and he did a good job on making my house look great in the pics. They also do a 360 tour which I think is a USP. Very useful in my purchase as well.<br><br>The ladies in the office are all excellent and very helpful. I particularly liked the Manager Sharon and the owner Emma. Emma gave good grounded advice right from the valuation and I thought her comments were fair.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for a sale or purchase and would use them again.<br><br>They are a new era in estate agent class. It’s not coincidence they get the best houses in the areas on their books.

Bad experience, abrupt and not understanding. Zol is great, but some of the office staff are just rude. Deciding on whether to make an offer is a big decision. Our response was " are you making an offer or not?" We had deliberated for all of 30 seconds. I get your busy and not everyone viewing your properties are going to be customers, but we'll never be when we/if we sell.

This was our first move and the team have made it very easy. From the first viewing, to then dealing with the paperwork, we weren’t bombarding, Verity made it very easy to understand what was needed from us. Every time we have called or emailed with another question, we have been swiftly answered! I can’t fault how helpful Verity has been with and how quick the process was completed. There where a few time when ive rang one of the staff was not helpfull very rude and at the time this wasn't helping the situation at all felt they could informed that the where going to take pictures never told the family at all i went down to check on the property only to find blinds moving thinking that some one was breaking in when opening the door there was a lady standing there i asked her what she was doing taking pictures to put on the description i didnt expected that thought some one had broken in And not ringing the soilters oftern enough left the board for sale for 5 week with out putting it on line due to solisters not sighing it of .you could of pushed it to be sighned off ,so meaning loseing more potential buyers at the beging of the 5 week so having to take just under £20,000 less than what it was listed so we lost potential money .and leaving the back door un locked after a viewing would not recommend using this esate agents
