Roberts estate agents no longer operate in the local area, so if you want a face to face easy access to someone who knows the area then choose another estate agent.
They have been incorporated into the Pinkmove Brand. All communication is via email, and never with a named contact for continuity.
This was not what i was looking for in an estate agent.

I am giving 3 stars because understandably Corona Virus has disrupted our move. However Roberts were very slow with arranging for an EPC of our property despite taking payment when we first put it on the market In February. We have also had to chase contact as they have not been forthcoming with any updates.

Don't normally leave reviews but felt that Jo went above and beyond. On her day off, Corey, who was also incredibly helpful, always picked up the query, so was never left waiting.

Completed on property last week through Pontypool office. Dealt with Jo Parsons throughout. Incredibly helpful (as there were a few issues), may not of gone through without her help and I put that down to her knowledge and experience in the industry.

Found a property that was suitable for myself and my partner. Arranged a viewing which I could no longer attend so called Roberts & Co. I have never been spoken to so rudely over the phone. The way that I was spoken to made me not want to rearrange the viewing at all and will never be using Roberts & Co. again.
