We had such a great experience with the team from start to finish. They kept us updated every step of the way, so we always knew what was happening, which made the whole buying process so much less stressful.<br><br>Everyone was incredibly friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. The communication was fantastic throughout, and it really felt like they valued us as customers and wanted to do everything they could to help. I highly recommend Property explorer if you are thinking of selling your house<br>From the first meeting we felt like they understood we were selling our family home and the emotional attachment that goes alongside the decision.<br>They answered all our questions thoroughly and were always on the end of the phone to keep us involved in the whole process.<br>I would certainly use them again.

I can highly recommend The Property Explorer. Ollie helped with valuing the property I had for sale, and Kevin assisted with accepting my offer on my new property and then updated me throughout the purchase process. The in-house mortgage broker Stuart was amazing as well. Buying / selling is a big step but the team made me feel cared for, and positive about my new chapter.
