I was very impressed at the friendliness and professionalism of the staff at Thornley Groves Altrincham, particularly Tom and Ryan. I was kept fully informed but didn’t need to get involved in the viewings. I received a useful summary of the various interested parties, and professional advice from which I made an informed decision.
