Zoe Napier advertising triggered multiple viewings.
However the initial prospective buyers were matches for other styles of property.
Once this was acknowledged Zoe Napier changed the advertising words, the pictures were already sensationally good. The right words triggered even more viewings, this time real perspective buyers for our property.
Once the words were changed the valuation was spot on.
A sales has been agreed and Zoe Napier progress chasing has been very effective.
There are 10 prospective buyers waiting to see if the sale completed.

From start to finish, everyone we dealt with at Zoe Napier was attentive and helpful. Lisa, Sharon and Erica were particularly great. Would certainly go to them if we ever need to sell.

Exceptional estate agents, from start to finish they were amazing. Such a professional company that I couldn't recommend highly enough. Jonathon , Lisa , Sharon and Erica were all brilliant. I would highly recommend buying and selling through the zoe napier group as their service is 5 star.

Both Jonathan and Lisa at the Zoe Napier Group have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I found both of them very knowledgeable about the property, local market and the best way to proceed on a complex purchase. Jonathan also helped me to find a specialist mortgage advisor who was able to help. Their professionalism really stood out, I have met many agents over the years, some good, some terrible but Jonathan and Lisa didn’t rush us or oversell, they let the property speak for itself but were always on hand with answers to our many questions and ready to help. I highly recommend the Zoe Napier Group to anyone wishing to sell or purchase beautiful properties in the area.

We would not hesitate to recommend the Zoe Napier Group to anyone. We recently found ourselves in the position of selling a decidedly unique and historic property following the passing of a close family member, and we were supported every step of the way by Zoe and her team. Zoe handled the viewing day herself, helping us through with her expertise, wisdom, common sense and much appreciated good humour, having laid out various options for how best to market such an eccentric and potentially challenging proposition. Sharon kept things moving throughout the sale process, and communication was maintained brilliantly. We hope that we won't be repeating this experience anytime soon, but if that were to be the case we could not wish to be in better hands!

Zoe Napier have been amazing with the purchase of our new house! We initially were dealing with Zoe herself when putting an offer on the property and viewing, she was in contact at every stage and it honestly ended up feeling like I was talking to a long time friend rather than an estate agent! We were not the only interested party in the house, but she was very honest with where we were at and what was going on! Once we had the offer accepted we were dealing with Sharon who was also just as amazing, she kept us up to date at every stage and went above and beyond when chasing solicitors and other estate agents. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Zoe Napier or using them myself as they really were wonderful!
