I found both of them very knowledgeable about the property, local market and the best way to proceed on a complex purchase. Jonathan also helped me to find a specialist mortgage advisor who was able to help. Zoe Napier have been amazing with the purchase of our new house! We initially were dealing with Zoe herself when putting an offer on the property and viewing, she was in contact at every stage and it honestly ended up feeling like I was talking to a long time friend rather than an estate agent! We were not the only interested party in the house, but she was very honest with where we were at and what was going on! Once we had the offer accepted we were dealing with Sharon who was also just as amazing, she kept us up to date at every stage and went above and beyond when chasing solicitors and other estate agents.
