Communication not so good, not friendly I wouldn't recommend again after using them twice previously .- 6th May 2024 (12 weeks ago)Quick response to initial enquiry. 5th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)The whole office was sooooo helpful, mostly dealt with Jodie and Laura who were AMAZING!! The sale and onward purchase wasn’t quite smooth sailing but I knew what was happening every step of the way, I’m never moving again, hopefully, but if I do I would definitely use Daniel Matthew again

14th Apr 2024 (15 weeks ago)The initial valuation was far too high, consequently we had to reduce twice. We eventually moved to another agent. I was told the cost would be 1.1%, then the contract (when I eventually got it) gave a fixed fee. To be fair, a couple of the agents at PA Black were lovely, others not so helpful.
3rd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Making the decision to sell the old family home was not an easy one, but once decided and i visited Karen and Matthew in Tonteg, i knew i had made the right decision. From day 1 they both offered me the reassurances i needed throughout the process. Communication between them and myself was faultless and I. Felt completely involved in the whole process. Both Karen and Matthew handles some sensitive issues with discretion and respect, fir which i am grateful. Would highly recommend Durbins to anyone who is buying or selling their home.

2nd Jul 2019 (5 years ago)I just purchased a bungalow and used 3EA-Three Estate Agents Talbot Green. Brilliant. They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.

It wasn’t until my contract ended and I chose not to continue that they actually promoted the house properly by which time I had to tell them they hadn’t removed it from advertisement as per my request. I wouldn’t use them again unfortunately
