24th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Terrible. There was no communication unless I Initiated it and obviously no interest in even trying to sell our house. At 9 months pregnant this was very stressful
9th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)Monopoly's agent Helen Evans, is an excellent agent. She went out of her way to help us in the choices we were making. She communicated our queries to the landlady and came back with the assurance that we were looking for. Throughout the whole process we were guided along the way to a successfully acceptance by the landlady of the property that we were applying to rent. To Helen we wish her our kindest Regards. Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
