19th Mar 2025 (11 mo. ago)Could you explain why you are claiming a property which has been on rightmove with you for 6 months has been put back on minus £50 as a new listing? Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.

They kept sending messages about viewings and the feed back afterwards All great stuff but they sold a difficult property within three months.

If you’re looking for an estate agent that is proactive in every aspect of their job then keystone is the one for you. They never leave you in the dark about your sale and are always pushing to get the sale through as quickly and efficiently as possible. Selling a house is a huge stress but with keystone it was a stress free smooth process from the valuation all the way through to completion, I can’t recommend keystone enough

From our first point of contact with George and the brilliant team, notably Sam and Margaret, we have enjoyed a friendly, open and honest approach from them and the level of support they have shown us when our buyer created some frustrating delays, cannot be faulted. We are moving back into the area and had used a larger nationwide branch of estate agents to handle the sale of our West Sussex property and must say we much preferred the superior customer experience from Molyneux.
