11th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Cavendish have sold 2 of our houses in the past, happy with the service so instructed them to act for us again. Eventually sold but not without its challenges, no assistance with viewings (doesn’t work Wednesdays or Sundays, too short notice so gave up asking). Asked for advice on improving chances of sale, shrugged shoulders and said reduce price by X% to register on Rightmove. Very little in the way of sales negotiation, very much left to me to decide on how to proceed. Email to say a sale had fallen through-expected a phone call given the significance of this. Overall a poor experience this time

10th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.
10th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)The team at Changing Hines were friendly approachable and on the ball. The predation of the house including the video recording was excellent. They valued the house in the correct price bracket which we got and also their costings were very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is selling.

7th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)I have dealt with many Estate Agents but Jones Peckover has proven to be the best I have dealt with. The communication was outstanding, was always kept up to date by either phone or email. There have been some staff changes over the last couple of years in Denbigh, but I do have to say the Abergele Manger was outstanding, friendly, knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would definitely recommend Jones peckover after the service I received.

16th May 2022 (1 year ago)Booked an appointment to go see a unit we were keen about, 2 other people also took time off work. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.
5th Mar 2021 (3 years ago)I have recently used Bolton Birch for renegotiating a contactual five yearly rent review. From the moment I called I was welcomed, spoken to in a professional manner and was able to speak with someone regarding my matter immediately. Mr Jonty Goodchild was able to quickly understand my requirements and establish the next steps that needed to be undertaken. He was clear in the information he required and communicated with me in a clear and timely manner throughout the process. It was clear from the outset that Mr Goodchild was an experienced chartered surveyor with experience in the field. He had a good understanding of the local market, and thus was able to give be measured, sage advice with regards to the likely rental uplift. I would highly recommend Bolton Birch, particularly Mr Goodchild, to anyone who needs a chartered surveyor and have already recommended the firm to my own family!- 17th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)An absolutely disgraceful letting agent, I would avoid renting a house through Molyneux at all cost.

7th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????

22nd Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I was New Roots 1st client. I decided to go with my gut and choose New Roots. This was purely based on Laura. My property is semi commercial quite unique and difficult to value. Laura was enthusiastic and brilliant in her approach to marketing. She was adament in using only the best photographer and Ross captured the property perfectly. Laura has never failed to be consistent in communication. As far as I'm concerned, Laura is the perfect estate agent.
