6th Apr 2024 (16 weeks ago)Our experience with Mov8 was easy they kept us informed with viewing and communication was prompt. The only thing was their offices are in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are in Carnoustie which was a little inconvenient if we needed to go to their office to sign things
14th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.
19th Aug 2015 (8 years ago)Very good,Helped me let out my my late mothers cottage for a year to help pay the tax and duties etc. Found lovely tenants and looked after the property for me as I live three hours away. Would recommend them. Hannah has been wonderful.

29th Nov 2020 (3 years ago)We reviewed a number of local Estate Agents before selectin Galbraith to market our property in Dumfries & Galloway. We weren't disappointed. Quality photos and a video were produced, and our property particulars were well written then edited to our exact requirements. Communication was superb and our Galbraith contact liaised directly with our Solicitor. As a result of the quality presentation we sold successfully, at above Home Report value, within a few days in a difficult market. Highly recommended!

Peter and his team know what they are doing and provide the standard of service you would expect from a company at this level, easily. I cannot recommend Savills highly enough and will certainly use them again in any property sale or purchase.
21st Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)We have a very good experience with Dumfries Your Move. They are very professional, helpful and friendly . They kept us informed from start to finish and Chris and Nicole were a ????, all staff is really hard working trying to sell houses. We would definitely recommend a LOCAL estate agent ( we had a very bad experience with online major agency who were totally opposite).Good luck everybody ????

3rd Dec 2022 (1 year ago)So far so good if sale concludes on 21/12. Agent was very helpful with suggestions to improve the flat and very realistic about sale price. They also dealt with viewings and arranged a quick closing date Don’t have final bill yet but we were provided with a breakdown of costs

They never failed to keep in touch and update us along the way. This is a team that goes the extra mile for their clients. We would highly recommend these agents to anyone who wants results. 5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
