14th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.
13th Apr 2024 (6 days ago)I found tiger estates to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. The only decent part of their job was the photographs they took of the property. They lied to cover up their incompetence and failings,and didn't provide any kind of service whatsoever.No response to emails or phone calls as promised.Viewings were done by me as they didn't have staff available to conduct viewings at weekends or evenings!! I found the buyer myself and she will verify how dreadful tiger have been.It has been a very traumatic experience for me and I would certainly not recommend them to anyone.

28th Feb 2024 (7 weeks ago)Communication with Hunters was almost impossible, we could never get through to them on the telephone. Calls were never returned when messages were left and when we did get through to them, they were surely in their attitude. No suggestions were made as to what actions could be taken to get the property sold. In the end we got rid of them.

2nd Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Went to Braidwoods to help with buying my first house. The staff were really helpful and patient, especially for a first time buyer with many questions. Staff always endeavoured to provide quick updates and responses when I contacted them.

They only contacted you to give feedback, arrange viewing which were not many or to discuss reducing price. No other options apart from price reductions were offered and felt this wasn’t pro active enough. Very disappointed.

He was very thorough in reviewing the documents provided, chasing those that were not provided, and explaining everything to us. He was always quick to move the process on and to communicate with us.

At least there’s not a load of scaffolding wrapped around it, I suppose. It’s a pleasant circular walk around the reserve to get there, but even better if you park up at Threave Gardens and walk across. I’ll return for the ospreys and bring some sand and lime cement to hurry repairs along a bit.

10th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Stefan at Batchelor estate agents was highly recommended to us from a friend of a friend to sell my house. He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Stefan was very professional. As it was our first time selling he was clear and patient at explaining everything and was always available to answer any questions no matter how big or small. He was highly knowledgeable about the local market and ensured that we were treated like a priority. He went out his way to make sure every detail was taken care of, from photographing, advertising my home, organising the home report and arranging viewings. He excelled at every step. His after sale help was also to the highest standard, explaining what happened next and answering any further questions. We would definitely use Stefan in the future if ever selling again and recommend him to anyone who is selling their home. He made what could have been a stressful difficult time very enjoyable.
