Horrific experience. They failed to carry out inspections, skipped health and safety certificates, ignored emails, and never returned calls. We're still battling to get the deposit back. They deliver nothing but disappointment—stay clear!

From the first visit by Chris McCutcheon and the ongoing updates from Stacia Henderson, we were kept fully informed about viewers opinions and this was always within 24 hours. If you are wondering whether it makes any difference which agency you use, Chris was spot on with his valuation. More pertinently, his valuation was £50,000 over another local agent, a choice that would have left us a lot poorer! Thanks so much to you all for making our house sale a lot less stressful.

We recently inquired about a flat in the Dumfries area, however due to my long work hours it would be difficult to arrange a viewing, however that was no problem for the YourMove team! Gemma managed to squeeze us in for a late viewing, and we ended up getting the flat. Gemma was extremely helpful in explaining how everything would work and what we needed to do. After moving in we came across a few issues with the flat, which Katherine was amazing in helping sort out and getting the problems solved same day!
Very quick responses throughout the process of viewing all the way to moving in, couldn’t recommend a better team. Answered all questions and just overall a great experience dealing with Gemma and Katherine. We even got a nice little gift box from them filled with vouchers and a few snacks!

Shannon Dunbar was absolutely wonderful when dealing with the whole process of purchasing our new home, even letting us view the property on her day off!
Nothing was too much trouble for her and she always had a smile in her voice no matter how anxious we were getting.

I cannot recommend YouMove Dumfries more highly, and Shannon Dunbar in particular did a spectacular job.
We were looking for a house in/around Dumfries for 6 months and no other Estate Agent contacted us throughout that time, except for Shannon. She was in regular contact, alerted us to property which she thought would be suitable, and when she finally found one that she thought was perfect had us in to view it almost immediately.
We found that YourMove knew their clients, properties they were advertising, kept in contact with buyers and sellers, and were just generally very helpful at a time that is very stressful

My landlord recently decided to transfer the property I am renting to Your Move in Dumfries. Despite an ongoing mould and damp issue which has damaged my belongings and caused my asthma to worsen, I have received no financial support or compensation. Your Move has repeatedly ignored my requests for assistance, and instead told me to contact another company as this is not something they deal with. Extremely unhelpful and disappointing service, I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

i was disappointed that we were served plastic knives forks and paper plates i font care what they think about there efforts to so called do the right thing with the most benign corona virus in the history of the world there response was over the top and they were using lurpack butter a vegetable oil as well as butter type butter totally rubbish i still think it's X good place but they need to buck there ideas up very disappointed

I dealt with Gemma and Rianna during a difficult time having to relocate quickly for work and found them both be extremely competent, getting a quick and painless result for me whilst maintaining a degree of professionalism.
I was given daily updates on my property and felt valued and most importantly listened to as a customer. Even amidst this horrible virus Gemma is still helping me with all my queries and I will not be able to look past this team in the future.

Over two months waiting on these guys to sort the issue of a hole in the dining room floor and a window that doesn't fit. With the extreme weather we have been having too, I'm fast losing faith in their customer care. Scottish LAW states tenants are entitled to a wind and watertight home but these guys don't give two hoots. We have to email and call time and time again with nothing being done. I've had to take time off work for citizens advice appointments about this and am now currently taking legal advice. This was supposed to be a fresh start, a new home and these guys have made it the worst possible Christmas and worst experience with any letting agency.

I'm never entirely sure how estate agents earn their money, which is why we've used purplebricks the last couple of times and they've worked a treat. We put an offer on a house a couple of weeks ago via yourmove and they managed the negotiation OK, but nothing we or the seller couldn't have handled ourselves. Since then, any communication by email hasn't been replied to. They've gone extremely quiet now they know the house has an offer.

Not impressed. Provisionally agreed a site visit to Reiver Homes March Mount re bungalow development with a view to buying. Rihannah made the appointment on 15th Dec for a visit on 16th at 11am. The appointment would be confirmed later. No confirmation received. So I rang Your Move 9:15 on 16th prior to boarding a bus to come and visit. Amazed and disappointed that Your Move had no record of our planned site visit and could not accommodate us at time agreed. One star only given as no option to give zero stars.
